Maximus took the reports. "I will ask her. And I'm not taking any sides especially humans. That human is deaf, but she can sign and has watched every little detail. You're either very arrogant or very dense on this matter. Prepare for war because war will come to Central City if you don't release them."
Before he could ask for further information, he demanded the guard to be led to the cells the Queen and her guard was in. "Take me to the Queen and the guard immediately."

"That's uncalled for! I am not dense, only following my duties, like you. If I don't, then other prisoners might get the idea that they should be free, well the lawyers over them. Please Maximus, I don't want a war either, but we have to keep a strict status." he rubbed his head from the complicated issue. "Please, consider this before acting."
The guard was startled and slightly cowered at the domineering council member. "'I-I." he glanced over at his overseer for help. But figured it was best to listen. He gulped hard. "Uh, right this way." He departed from the Prison Warrens room.

"Arrogance is bliss." Maximus said, noticing that the guard was a little frightened. "I'm their lawyer for the most part."
Maximus usually would never call any ape arrogant and he knew the warden was young. "You may have strict status but in all fairness, the Queen is a ruler. A ruler may ask for counsel from any member of the high council and the President."

The hollering patrol resumed bothering the ape in the next cell, the one that fueled his anger. Besides, the Queen seemed to mellow down anyway. He banged the transparent door. "As for you, have you calmed down, and not act like a moron?" He snorted, lowering his stick ___
The Queen easily slipped through as the window wasn't as small, but quite big for the prisoners to view the outside for a hopeful change. But, they were nearly impossible to escape, but the Queen easily used a tool to escape. However, a blaring alarm shot off, as each window was tagged.
The Queen would easily be on the outside, but there was a large fence a few feet away. Luckily there was no patrols around.

The warren shook his head harshly. "You're going to bring forth negativity towards other lawyers, despite your rank. I wish you waited for trial tomorrow, but no cut it off and release." He shook his head, returning to the console. "Queen or not, she's guilty.
The guard continued to lead where the royal was placed for the night. "Down this way. Then a sharp right turn, towards the back." He added, just as the alarm screamed through the walls. He covered his ears, still guiding. "Ugh, the others are going to deal with that."

"One opinion." He spoke as he followed the guard to the cells. Then he heard the alarms and covered his ears. "Yes. Someone will have to deal with that."

Nikita was stunned that the ratio of the widow she secretly seeped through, out. She did, however, sway her head in both directs to ensure there weren't any other foolish prison patrols casually walking in their designated course. Her sights observed a way out. There was no way she was going to remain in the States if she successfully got out.
The Queen noted the tall wall, but with her natural abilities, she could easily master the barrier. With swiftness and expert skills, Nikita flashed over to the wall, swiftly clambering to the top, and over. Not caring of other apes noting her escape or not, she fled into the darkness of alleyways.
As she bolted to the shadows of the city, her hearing caught the sudden alarm. She didn't care.
The bodyguard that was being pestered by the dense ape in front of him, rolled his eyes, laying a hand in front of him. "Look, gorilla, I'm not sure what you're doing. But, my Queen is correct, your taunts and provokes will not work. So fire up, have a tantrum, your threats will not shift me anyway." He clarified, retrieving his hand
The bodyguard in the cell glanced to the ceiling, listening to the sudden alarm that alerted the prison patrols. He smirked depleting his chin, peering over at the guard. "Well, it seems you should get busy, and deal with that." He snorted, swaying his body, then walked off. The Swedish Guard noted heavy footsteps that reverberate down the hall way.

He glared at the guard because he heard him provoking a prisoner. "You there! Stop your nonsense and go investigate that alarm, but first which cell is Nikita in?" He asked. "And which cell is her bodyguard in?"

The prison guard glared coolly at the unaltered ape in the cell. "Are you testing me?" He gritted, tightening his grip around the stick. "Because I'll gladly accept that challenge!" He snorted.
As he was about to bash his weapon onto the door again, he heard a loud voice holler. He gritted harder, turning at him and dared to order him. Oh, the council? He swiftly drew back, placing his weapon away. "Right away!"
Wait Maximus wanted to know? Good maybe he can punish them, but didn't mention it. "Oh! Here." He pointed at the cells in front of him, then took his leave. ---
No patrols spotted the swift, determined Queen. However, a few nightly patrols detected her when she bolted.
One whistled and hollered a demand. "Hey! You! Stop now or we'll have to by other means!"
As she continued, residential apes that were either heading to a nightshift or home from work, spotted her. Some freaked after seeing guards after her. While others attempted to stop her. Using their groceries, suitcases, tackling, even knocking things over.

Maximus peered into the first cell, the one the Queen was in or had been in. It was totally empty, the window had been cut out. It would mean trouble for the apes in the city. She would know how to get out easily. Next, he went to the cell the Swedish guard was in. "You there." He said, motioning the Swedish guard over. "My name's Maximus and I'm apart of the High Council. I'm trying to free you but the Warden is more interested in not obeying my orders and isn't willing to listen to reason. They say the both of you refused to listen to orders and such and are criminals. I will have to get the President involved. They would rather have you both go into trial and the human you brought in or rescued will go to the cages. Unfortunately, she'll be sold so I have to have the director of human affairs step in as well."
"I have already mentioned that a war will result if the Warden doesn't release you both and I believe Central City does not need another war on it's soil. I will get you out one way or another."

Nikita heard the patrols behind her that was threatening her to pause. Was she? No, she was planning to gather her kids and depart from the crazed country. She couldn't believe how she was treated with her little time arriving. Morons, that's what those security patrols were, dense, mindless. Head-shaking, eyes-bulging acts of the apes here.
She noted that the townspeople that were up late, had aided to her capture, very loyal to their city. She continued to evade the flying items from the Central City apes, even the ones that tried to tackle her down. No, this Queen was not going be brought down. She was going to go forth on to an entire escape. However, it's a massive city congested with law enforcement. ***
The guard was avoiding all the prison patrols on the outside of the cell, believing they were imbeciles, and too blind to not understand what's before them. They also seemed to deaf to hear, and understand what's going on before them. He could hear the commotion on the outside, especially the bold, fresh voice. What? Another idiot to provoke uselessly?
Me here? Ugh, of course, the new ape would ask for his attention. He shifted his head over, grimacing, visibly annoyed clouding his eyes. He was provoked to the point of not wanting to be bothered. However, he reluctantly listened, then acted out.
He huffed, leaning against the cell door, peering over at Maximus. "Not listening?" He snorted, rolling his had, looking up to the ceiling. "Ha! Listening isn't the word, council member. They are dense!" He growled, shifting towards to face Maximus, glaring directly. "Imprisoning my Queen! How vapid of your people!" He seeped his words as Maximus spoke. "Your Warren should be fired for not obeying!" He added, swaying his hand towards the floor.
He grumbled, expressing cruel words, but his voice was too faint. Slowly, his head shook, red emerged across his face. "A war? That's not the only thing that will happen? And, a trial? We were only rightfully protecting. Ask Nikita next cell over." He rose his finger, pointing at the wall. "She'd tell you what would happen, and that we're innocent."

The townspeople eventually eased down, but her actions and visible acts stirred other eyes around the area. Especially, the other ape cops that were on call, and on break for a late snack. It wouldn't take much longer until law enforcement motorcycles tailed her too.
This city despised prisoners escaping, and law-committing creatures to roam the streets. This particular city was harsh on the ones that broke laws, even rougher on humans. They did not take the criminals lightly, to hopefully improve their crime rate.
The three that continued to tail, drew out their weapons to fire a latching device to temporary paralyze her, after grasping into her skin. "Halt! Or we will fire for you not obeying our words!" one warned once more.

Maximus knew what it was like to be young and gullible. Eager to please all the higher ups. "If they are young, they are by the book and are looking for their higher ups' good graces. However, the prison guards and warden will be either reprimanded on the severity of their wrongdoing." Maximus was calm. But he knew how their citizens reacted to criminals and are harsher to humans. "That's why I arrived before any of the others to secure your release. Unfortunately, the Warden didn't seem to care about war coming to Central City."
Maximus was able to see that and so were the other council members. "All I view this is as a simple misunderstanding and it should be resolved as soon as possible. Your Queen is not in the next cell."

Crap, of course, there's more apes trailing after the Queen. Honestly, however, she'd expect in a massive city. One cop starts, more will flow in after being alerted of the issues. She wasn't going to give in, just because numerous law enforcement was pursuing her.
Nikita listened to their calling to earn her to stop, but she ignored them in her escape. "Go ahead! Influence in my choice of severing the agreement!" She called out, threatening them back. Her swift pace increased after illegally crossing over to the next sidewalk. Both ears spiked up after the blaring sirens were approaching her way. That's when she sharply turned down an alleyway. ***
Maximus had an honest point, but the Queen had not to care if they were or not. The idea of threatening her family forced her into a deep, inner rage that gradually expanded the longer she was contained. However, the patrol viewed Maximus's statement, realizing he was all a misunderstanding. Though, he knew Nikita would not.
His hand stroked along the clear barrier. "Young ones are foolish, I would highly agree there." His head bobbed, speaking in a warmer tone. "I believe it is a misunderstanding, but those young apes had threatened her family." He bites his lip, looking down. "She will not take that likely."
What? Not there? The bodyguard grimaced, closing his eyes. "Not there? Did she escape or do your patrols have something to do with this?" He asked, grumbling.

"Which is why we have the human witness also to confirm that they threatened her family." Maximus spoke. "Which is why I'm here to talk on her behalf, yours, and the humans. The council won't agree to having a human in the court. But I have enlisted the help of our director of human affairs. The President should have been notified of all of your arrivals. They took it upon themselves to make a judgement that wasn't theirs to begin with and look where it got you two and plus, threatening her family is an illegal act. I am sure she won't take it lightly."
"The human in question will be taken to the cages and her testimony wouldn't be heard once she's in the cages."
"No. Our patrols hadn't done anything of that matter."
