"Yes. Let's get out of here quickly." Then he realized that Melanie had been captured. But there was nothing more they could do. Not with the apes on patrol and being alerted if they were. He knew that he wasn't going to be welcomed back to his village. Nor would he have a place.

Zaius rose a furry brow, shaking good head, grumbling. "They should all be skinned and stuffed!" He menacingly growls, pounding the table by a bloody paw. He angrily jumped out of his chair. "Every last one. These humans in the entire city is becoming more of a joke with each tribunal from one. Isn't it clear that they're evil? Look what that little white one did, then the other two." He gathered a few digital files. "Cage? Cage?" he sighs, looking down at Melanie. "With a shock collar."

Melanie backed up into a wall and began to ease herself towards the door. Then she remembered she had something of an advantage. If she stunned all the apes in the room, she could make a break for it and leave like Maxwell and Venus. This ape wanted to get rid of every last human.
She found the door and backed up into the courtroom--the guards realized they hadn't been watching her. She kept backing up out of the courtroom even. If she showed the gun- they would be aware.

Maximus remembered. "Oh you mean Allie and not this one? She may have tried to escape- but she was reacting on instinct." Then he said, "Don't forget. The females are rare and humanity dwindles. We got a little lucky with Allie."
Then he glanced over to Melanie who seemed to be easing her way out of the back room and noticed a hint of fear, directed at Zaius.

Galen returned to the Tribunal room hoping that his female wasn't involved. When he saw Melanie, he walked over to her and picked her up. "Where do you think you're going?" He asked of her. But then noticed the fear. He shook his head. "I decided to give you a chance, but if you mess up, I'm sending you to the cages. I figured it was all instinctual."

Kratos emerged just as Melanie was ranting off in foolish anger. He sighed, swiftly grasping the back of her neck. "One more bloody word from you, you'll be wearing a mean muzzle." He threatened, releasing her roughly. "I'm tired of your mouth running cruel, mean words to suggestions."
He walked closer, pounding the table. "The two got away. I shocked hey good, but she was already through. Maxwell aiding her away from her. Gah! Such a nuisance." He shook his head, dropping himself in the chair.
He grapples Melanie, drawing her close. "I give you permission to answer, only. Now, where would those to go? Any ideas? To this Esmeralda?"

Melanie grunted as he grabbed her neck and threatened her with a mean muzzle. Then she didn't answer. Nor did she even respond to his question. What good would it do? She didn't know where they were going. Why ask her when she didn't even know where this Esmeralda lived. She only visited her once or twice. But Esmeralda was more interested in Carol.
So by not answering meant that she didn't know. She already gathered what she needed to know by observation and if she spoke again, well, hello muzzle...and he didn't want to hear her voice.

Maximus rubbed his head. "I don't think she knows, Kratos." Then Maximus grinned evilly. "Esmeralda lives outside the city walls because she gets her materials from the jungle and brings them into the school building to teach the young apes what each plant is. She also lives in a small cottage there and I could visit her myself. The last we need is three members of the high council frightening one of our own apes with prison time when she didn't harbor any fugitives."

"I don't think she knows where they're going," Galen spoke from the door. "I take it that my human isn't going to be coming home with me today. So....if it's...all right with you? I'll help hunt the two fugitives down. Rowan may help, too. And we also have Silas here in the city. So he could help us trap both of them."
Galen looked over to his human. "Whatever punishment you dole on her, she may deserve it."

Rowan listened and seemed to think. Maxwell didn't know anything about the city. But an ape-raised human would seek other ape raised humans..."Might I make a suggestion?" He asked, tapping his chin. "Many ape-raised humans will seek other ape-raised humans. Might I suggest a curfew for all ape-raised humans to be home at all times until these two are caught. It's the only way to ensure that the ape-raised humans remain out of touch with Maxwell and Venus."

If only Melanie was released because her free hands flew to her neck, trying to free herself from Kratos' grasp. "Let me down please..." It was like a plea. She couldn't even move her neck.

Kratos grimaces, tossing Melanie into Galen's grip. "Your human, your problem, I don't want her out of the city," he states, walking over to Maximus, he could view his wound seeping blood. He sighs, gritting harshly, "not even in the cages, Galen," he orders, focusing on Maximus's angered eyes.
"Maximus, I'm trying to obtain many possibilities where these two rats are going" he shouted, bashing the tip of the chair Zaius sat in. "They committed crimes, even sliced at our council. If I have a possibility Maximus, I will surface it." He grasped his face, shaking his head. "Maximus, you're bleeding" he shook his palm. "we just need options," he mutters.
He peers over to Galen, then Rowan, answering, "I'd love for you to track those two done. The reward goes up each week." His eyes rested on Rowan, "Yes, yes, go on and do that. But, what if he's following the albino? Would he still seek other ape-raised humans?"

Melanie was tossed into Galen's hands. She let out a groan of pain. Apparently, being rough was a normal thing for apes, she believed. She looked at Galen hoping he wasn't going to do send her to target practice- whatever that was. Melanie kept her silence for a little while. She didn't even offer any solutions or options. Who'd want to hear them because she was just a stupid wild human.
They were both wild anyway and were sneaky. Regardless, she was quiet. Offering solutions or options to apes? Pah. They were just big brutes without a single sign of compassion towards humans. Only themselves.

Galen caught his human but not before hearing her groan in pain. He blinks in surprise because the vet didn't say she was injured. Probably a shock burn. "I'll lock her up in my spare bedroom before I hunt for those two. But I have a feeling if I were a wild human, I would try to return to the jungles. It would be the only option."
