Phoenix highly knew that Scooter contained a little to no energy, but regardless, this human contained quite the petite energy. He was a little stunned that he could. Although again, humans are known to have retaliation and a fighting spirit. Some it takes longer to break. Their willingness only goes how they were taught at a younger age.
He adjusts it a little, just before the fight had begun. He peels open his eyes, beaming light into it. He sighs, placing it away. "Keep him still," he grimaces, placing his hand on Alan's cheek. he leans down, gently clasping his jaw. "Alan?" he was sure he had the name correct.
He leans down, using his other hand to stroke the tip of his head. "Zaius is nowhere, he's gone. I need you to remain awake, ease the fighting. I'm trying to supply nutrition to you."

Alan's panic could be evident with the way he was reacting. Zaius the torturer wasn't here? He noted that the was being held down and then he saw a light. Hearing a calmer voice, he focused on only that one voice. Well, that would be a good thing. His panic began to die down, now knowing no one would harm him.
He slowly opened his eyes, noticing two apes and a human. He didn't recognize either ape and saw that the human was holding him down. Trying to calm him down. Were they going to take him out of here? He hoped so. He just wanted the nightmare to end.

Quietly, the kind vet removes the device that had been used for feeding. He clicks a button, having it coil on it own. A protector wraps around it. He places it back into his bag, then brought out another item. He looks over at Aaron. "I need you to hold him, he's not going to like this," he warns.
He crawls across to the singed feet. He grapples a toe, applying a cold light first. It stung, ice vs burns, it would sting harshly. He was freezing the burn, preventing harmful substances into his flesh. "We'll take a break, having it to recover a bit,"
Again, he applies it, this time longer. His scorched feet was wickedly burned.

Well, that was fine with the tube being removed and he thought it was done...
Then he felt like he was being tortured again and well, that didn't stop him from struggling and trying to get away from the offending tool. He wanted nothing more to deal with that. He may have been weak, but his energy was returning...
Aaron felt sorry for the human. Because he was struggling and trying to move away from the device that was causing him so much pain.
Alan saw it again and tried to get away from it. His voice was hoarse..."Nooo... Pleaseee..." He was begging. "Nooo more..."

Phoenix eases the icing for a minute, allowing the serum to gradually work as it's designed to do. He sighs, peering over to Aaron who'd have every right to freak and squirm. Unfortunately, he returns to proceed on the other burns along his body. Luckily, they were not as severe.
He frowns as he hated to see his kind in pain or even hurt. He sighs. "Aaron, thanks for your help. I normally have a partner, but oddly they're busy. Zeke and Serenity are out today. Where? I'm not sure." he pouts, drawing the wicked, but helpful device away.
"I'd put you out, Alan, Alan was it? However due to your state of condition and injuries, I can't risk a coma," he informs, placing the item back in his bag. "I'm not torturing you, I'm helping by freezing. Yes, it does sting."

Aaron was surprised and grateful to get acknowledged. "Thanks. My guardian taught me how to - help him sometimes when I was out of school on holidays. I liked coming to help." He just wanted to help Alan feel much better. He began to hold his hand. "Here. You get pained, you squeeze my hand. As hard as you want." He offered to Alan. "My guardian's Zeke. He taught me first aid on an ape, on a human, and even this." He continued to hold onto Alan.
Alan seemed to feel somewhat better, but his feet were stinging and the lesser burns didn't bother him that much. But he was equally frightened. Beginning to think that they were adding on to the torture. "I'd rather be in a coma." He admitted. "He wants my little girl and my wife. I hope they fled somewhere. I hope they're not here, being tortured like I am." Alan couldn't fathom their torture. It would be horrible.
It was a minuscule relief to know he wasn't being tortured after all. "Are you going to take me out of here?" He asked, with a little hope. He didn't know whether or not he was. "Please don't leave me?"

Zaius had found where Aaron had gone, as he questions several of his loyal servants. They didn't dare disobey. He had been in the dark, cooly glaring from the shadowy corner. One of the humans or ape could have sensed it, but he didn't care. He was barricading the only way out. It wasn't until Phoenix was basically done, and wanting him to leave. He stood in the light, blocking the door entirely. "I don't think so. If he's not a Renegade, then my bad. He's classified as a pet.."

Aaron, felt, like someone was watching from the shadows. He just couldn't shake the feeling of being watched...and he knew it meant trouble. Lots of trouble. Much more trouble than usual. The human could feel the 'feeling' of something was about to go down.
Alan stiffened, as he heard 'that' voice. It sent chills up and down his spine. He didn't want to be near that ape. He was terrified of that ape. He was holding onto Phoenix, as if a lifeline. He didn't even want to stay here. Not being tortured, or harmed. Every moment spent here, was a moment closer to death.

Phoenix freezes for a moment, displaying a disturbed grimace. His head shook. "You, uh, are back here?" he responds, drawing a paw away. He couldn't believe that sneaky, sly orangutan was back.
He sighs, listening to outcome of Alan from Zaius. No, no, that can't happen. "Zaius, this human will die if he doesn't recieve care. Renegade or not, he needs it," he smirks from behind his back. "It's part of the law."
He quietly returns to Alan. "Can't leave a human injured, must be treated. Like any other animal in the zoo's."

Aaron was quiet and hoped Zaius would not notice him. If he did, then he wouldn't be living it down. Not for a long time. Well, it was a good idea to get a vet. For an injured human...so he did the right thing? By bringing a vet here? He hoped so.
But Alan wasn't sure if that would change things. His voice, "I'm not a 'renegade'. I live in the jungle. Since I was a young boy. My Father taught me how to live off the land. We don't have help from anyone but ourselves." He spoke quietly.

Zaius smirked, shifting his amusement on Aaron. What? He decided to remain quiet? Why? He's always, always conversing with rare pauses. "Ah what's wrong Aaron? I see you're finally bold enough to return. Tell me, have you became, you know, more mature and not soo kiddish in your responses?" He shook his head at Phoenix. "Pah, fine, but I'll go with."

Aaron rolled his eyes. He was just called childish? For expressing concern and thinking he was too set in his ways. Old apes were always like this, right? He did try to hold back that comment. But then he did, "No. Have you matured and stopped being a crank?" He was being funny.
