“I am a village leader! I have rights!”
Of course he figured he was shouting to no one in particular at this point. Though he was quietly starting to cry in fear at this point. Let him go! Let him go dammit! He didn’t want to be a pet! He wanted to do the job he had been doing as long as he had!
He groaned as he found himself thrown in a cage. His eyes looking up as he crawled for the exit but quickly found it shut. He gripped the bars and stared up at him. “A vet? Really?” He asked frustratedly. “Listen man I just want to go home!”
His eyes were alert as he heard some nearby movement. “You know I’d be careful leaving me by the trees if you really don’t want anything happening,” he said. “How do you know someone won’t just hop right out and steal me?”

Valhalla glanced at his human and headed away, rolling his net up. He should try to catch some more humans...one for Cobra. He needed to hunt for one for him. As an apology for experimenting on his own human. Looking for a cure for his children's illnesses.
He made sure that his net was ready and usable. He smirked when he decided to head back out to the jungle. He loved it when it rained and he was sure that Kratos may still be out there. Alone...Teaming up with him, would be a good idea.
He left the camp.

Meanwhile, Ian has yet to see Kratos or his flunked yet. The young teen smirked a little. Of course he had outsmarted them, he figured. Though he had yet to see any of his other comrades yet as he mounted his own horse and started to ride back for their village with a great story to tell and some minor burns to fix. Unfortunately that’s when disaster hit. He didn’t know what the horse had got caught on. But the next thing he knew he was bucked off his back, dazed as he stared around. Crap! What did he do now? He stood up dazed and attempted to regain his balance staggering through the trees. “Dammit, move it Ian,” he murmured to himself. “You can’t get caught!” Kratos

Valhalla ignored his remarks and already a few hunters were looking at him, laughing. "Rights. You have none, Squirt." They pointed out.
Valhalla swung tree to tree. Now for another human to find. Oh he smelled one nearby and observed from a tree. He silently watched, as the young human- no more than 15 years old - who had shot Kratos with a paintgun- stood under him. That's exactly where he belonged. Still, he wouldn't take another ape's quarry or human. He wasn't that stupid.
One of the other would get him.

Kratos was nowhere in sight, not even sounds that resembled hooves were nearby. Nope, all was eerily quiet but the light splashes of the gentle rainfall. It would be worse in the trees as the water caused the branches and surface dangerously slick. So if humans be in the trees, hehe, watch your step.
Only eyes Ian could feel shadowing him down. But if he glances around, there was nothing but massive foliage all around him. WHo's horse did he try to ride? One of the other hunters'? Because if he did try his, that horse would buck him off, then stomp at him. Kratos's stud did not like humans at all.
For now Ian was alone, or was he? Kratos never used nets or guns unless necessary. But he felt this wasn't.

The jeers terrified him.
He had heard that kids were being hunted now too but this was beyond what he expected. He felt his body tremble as he tried to figure out where to go. What the hell did he do!? He began to run fast. Didn’t even bother to shoot yo at the ape mocking him.
Instead he ran and ran around what he perceived as other apes. Tripping, falling. Eventually he hit the mud. Hard and fast, skidding until he was practically covered in it. “Stop it! Please! I just want to go home!” He cried out loudly. By now he was just too freaked out to do anything. “Come on you jerks! If you’re gonna net me do it already!”
He was getting to his feet again when he stumbled a bit more. And kept on his knees. God he was so covered in mud right now and tired. Did he even bother continuing to run? He pushed himself up harder with a cry of frustration before collapsing fully into the mud his body tensed as he moved to his knees and trembled.
He really wished someone would just end this game.

Without a warning a large arm bashed around Ian's side. Hastily the arm tightened around his waist to prevent the smarty from leaving. It got slightly compressed as if it was ticked.
The large hairy arm unfurled, but a hand grappled his neck, shoving him into a trunk. Cold eyes glares down in the intense rainfall. Lightly fangs are flashed to him.
"Listen you little runt. I refuse to have any little brat pup or adult treat me the way you did. Your bloody age doesn't matter to me. What you did was very foolish along with that moron that was scrawny." Kratos snarles.
He releases his neck for a moment, and clamps a tracking collar on. "This is until we're back to my home. Because you're mine," he intently, darkly grins. "Now what do you think of your jokes?"

Ian screamed, loudly.
It was like getting hit by a semi truck. Honestly Kratos was a bigger ape than he’d anticipated. And it was all the boy could do to squirm and scream as he held him. “Let me go! Stop it! Let go of me!” He shouted. “Come on man, please! It was just a jo-!”
He felt himself thrown against a tree and cried harder.
What had he done, he wondered as he gripped his neck. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, please just don’t kill me. I was only playing around...”
What he didn’t expect was a collar to be slapped on his neck as he was released. What the hell was this? He immediately reached up and tugged at it. “No no no...” he freaked out quickly as the ape king claimed him as his. “Please! I don’t want to be a pet in the castle! I just want to go home!”
Of course, he attempted to move. But only got more of Kratos’s chest. Given the ape was blocking his only path of escape. “Help!! Help!!!” He shouted loudly, hoping someone would hear him.

Kratos would not let up, not even his vicious, intense glare. "You humans are always foolish!" he bore his fangs after calling out. "Don't care about your age, for a human that is not a young pup sure acts like it. You still are just older than the younger ones," he huffs.
He finally releases him, still glaring as he falls to the surface. "You should be brighter than to even use such foolish tactics on me or another ape," he rolls his head, gripping his forehead. "Huh, you humans are really that mindless huh? I mean I'm sure you've been 'warned' by us."
He snorts loudly, "Ha! Kill you, oh, no, no. I plan to cruelly tease you then figure out what to do with you. I don't take kindly with disrespect," he huffs, dropping his hand. "Pet? Possibly, but I know I'm going to punish you. How? Well that's' the fun of it."
That only amused him more. "Who's going to help, and get near a few apes?"

Ian just trembled harder as he stood there.
He wanted to go home, he wanted to go home. He listens to Kratos as he got angrier and angrier. So he was going to be a pet then? He supposed be should have seen that coming. “Please I’ll do anything! Just please have some mercy on me,” he then added. “I tell jokes! I can put shows on for you! You like shows right?”
He waited to see if anyone was coming, but of course no one was foolish enough to stand in the way of the king. “Just please, don’t hurt me. You can do whatever to punish me.”
He was just mortified, wondering what would happen as he presented himself for Kratos to haul off. “Just pick me up and take me where you’re going to go. No one”/ coming.” He managed with a choke. “I don’t wanna be a pet...” he whimpered quietly.

Mercy? Marcy?! He chuckles sadistically, even reaching over to tap on his trembling head. "You didn't have mercy on me, no you gleefully, yet foolishly ruined my fur and clothes. Joking or not, clearly, you are a moron. That leader of yours that was taken, well he taught a foolish village."
He smirks, grinning very close to his face. "Mm, speaking of villages. I'll provide you no to a very light punishment if you willingly express where your village is, I mean you lost your leader, what's good for a village with no rule?" He coldly teases.
"Well, little runt, reveal the location and your desire will be granted. If not, well, you will be punished. I'm not in the mood to harass for information." He notes his petrified expression. he only cruelly acted on it. "Mmm, not going to reveal. Tell or not to tell? Punishment or not?"
He grabs his collar drawing him closer to his scowling face. "choose wisely."

The boy trembled quietly.
He didn’t want to say a damn thing but he also knew that if he didn’t then Kratos may just kill him. Not to mention he was still a little kid practically and was scared out of his mind. Maybe he would actually spare him if he cooperated? The king didn’t seem like the type to lie about that sort of thing.
But could he actually bring himself to do it?
As he was yanked forward and faced the full force of Kratos however. The fifteen year old broke. “It’s just three days travel from here! Near the waterfalls!” He said. “I swear... I wouldn’t lie. Your kind raised us two months ago but we rebuilt. We thought you wouldn’t look again!”
”Traitor!” he could hear one of his comrades shout nearby. Having heardhim. ”We must warn the others! Everyone move out!”
They could be heard sprinting back into the forest as Ian hung his head in shame. “W... What are you going to do to me now that I told?”

Unfortunately, Kratos didn't always keep his word, well depending on how well it pleased him. At times, he would not follow through anyway. Seeing this young pup already harassed and very frightened. Perhaps he can slightly do what he was going to do. Despite his dark ways.
Kratos draws from him, listening to the other village occupants depart as soon as Puck had already foolishly informed the President. He smirks, not even going after them. Foolish for them to had already lingering here. he sighs, displaying a vicious smirk.
"Mm, it will have to be proven before I accept it," he cackles, grasping the teen by the arm, hauling him away as he walks back. "Until then, I will provide a punishment," he confirms. Oh, how cruel Kratos can become. Lying, deceiving, manipulating ape. How did he ever become President?

Wait, what!?
Kratos was actually taking him with him? He tried in vain to dig his heels into the Earth as the orangutan dragged him. “Wait! Wait! Aren’t you going to let me go!? I don’t want to go back to the palace,” he shook his head violently, terror building. “I wouldn’t even make a good pet! I’m just a little kid! I don’t know the first thing about being one.”
When digging his heels in didn’t work he tried to pull and run, freaking out. He tried hard, but was absolutely terrified. “I want to go home! I’m not a frickin’ puppy man!” He found that he couldn’t get out of his grip. But still had hope he could if he didn’t pull him up. “I don’t want to be trained to be a dog!”
He genuinely hoped the ape wouldn’t notice his eyes either. That had always been a thing with apes - blue eyes were prized and rare. But his were probably among the rarest, being an electric blue hardly seen. And he knew if he or anyone saw those he was never getting out.
