Rowan scoffed, not caring. "We don't negotiate with Renegades. Too bad." He urged Morgan away.
He knew the smell of the child's pissing his pants. He'd take care of that when he got to the camp with a change of clothing. The humans knew he meant business. "Now, leave." He ordered, walking away from the circle of humans. He kept his rifle on his head.

Morgan just kept crying.
He wanted to left away and was yanking away. But doing so with his ankles bound was impossible. The man gritted his teeth, mourning he was sorry before disappearing into the brush. They wouldn’t leave though, they’d still be on the ground and if he was in good shooting range they’d take it.
“Please, please don’t kill me,” Morgan murmured. “I just want to go home and see my dad. I don’t want to be someone’s pet.” He was growing weak from being dragged and fighting however. Getting more limp.

Rowan grunted as he was having trouble moving. He'd move faster if he wasn't bound but then he'd bolt. He gripped his shirt and drew him close. The smell was terrible which meant the human needed a bath and a change. He was aware of being followed. "You want to live, tell your friends to back off. Now!"

Morgan wasn’t really sure what to do. Did he do what the ape said or did he continuing calling out for help? He just wanted to go home. And he wanted his gun back. “They aren’t going to listen to me. I’ve barely been a Renegade for a few weeks,” he told him very honestly. Then decided that he still had to keep himself alive. “... Marko and his group... They’re afraid of heights. They won’t follow you in the trees.”
He said that in a low grumble, definitely not feeling like saying anything like that to him. But he did want to live - as much as this whole thing sucked. “Can’t you just let me go though? You can’t get much on me, or anything,” he then added. “Don’t you guys just give us to the nursery anyway?”

Rowan hastily gripped him and tossed him onto his back. Of course, he would take to the trees. As usual. He could feel the dampness but didn't care. He swung from tree to tree. He didn't apply a muzzle because it was too big for his mouth. Let him scream, talk, and make noise. It wouldn't matter once they got to the camps.
By the time they got to the camps, Rowan was actually kind enough to take him to a cleaning area. It was primarily used for apes, but he had a stall to himself and began the process of cleaning him up. "Take this soap and cleanse yourself." He blocked the door, holding a white fluffy towel. "And don't try anything." He cut his binds so he could wash. "Just be glad you are being given consideration to your comfort before the cage." He ordered. There was no way out of the stall except for him.

Morgan was mostly muffled by his fur.
Honestly, he just wanted to cry anyway. Though when they’d arrived at the camp, he noticed lots of cages. Why were there only cages? Morgan was a little stunned as he was taken to the stall. “Really? In front of you?” He asked shakily. Suddenly more nervous. “But I don’t want to...”
He paused a moment, knowing if he didn’t do it hed be in more trouble. So he quietly stripped down and started to clean while discarding his clothes. Only a few minutes later, something finally clicked in him. “The cage? But those are for adult catches!” He stated, turning to him in great alarm. “I’m a kid. We aren’t pets. I don’t belong in a cage!”

Rowan didn't seem to care what he looked like. "I am only instructing you to take this soap and wash yourself. I clearly see that you are old enough to bathe yourself." He would stand guard. "You would escape if I'm not here and an ape would not hesitate to report you free. Take your shower." He ordered.
He stood with the towel, not really looking at him. He grasped the shower curtain and pulled it. "There. Better?"

Morgan let himself wash while he thought of things.
Some things swirled in his head. He didn’t want him on the Shadow market. He called him a puppy. And kids kept going missing... Why was he going to any market...
Unless they’d started selling kids as pets too.
At this point, when the shower curtain opened, Morgan snatched the bath towel and slapped the ape hard near the face. He hoped it would be enough to stun him as he used his short side to move between his legs. “I’m not going to the cages! You can’t sell me as a pet!” He shouted revealing he’d figured it out. “I want Luca! Luca!” He screamed as he sprinted hoping he wouldn’t get caught again as he wrapped his towel around his waist.

Rowan wasn't expecting to get slapped.
Many apes saw the half-nude human puppy running out- like a child and burst out laughing. Soon, he would notice that every ape in the camp were laughing at him. But the boy did not get far before he was apprehended by a large gorilla who shook his head. "Where you going, little one?" His voice was kind. "You've been calling my name for a long time." It looked like Luca, but wasn't. Clearly, there was an overlord named Luca. "What's wrong? You lost your guardian? How did you get here in the first place?" He began to take him towards an area where there were clothes. He picked out a few garments for the human to wear. It would fit him well, along with shoes. "It seems you have dirtied your feet and you just had a shower?"
Rowan rubbed his face as he figured the other hunters would handle Morgan for the time being. He wasn't mad. Just disappointed.

Morgan definitely knew Luca and this was no Luca.
He struggled violently as he was lead away, but was a little more soothed by the kindness. Even if he was terrified by the whole situation. “I want to go home! My guardian is going to worry about me!” He managed, maybe this ape would help him rather than make him play dress up. “Please. I will give you whatever you want. Money? Weapons? I know there’s a party of them a few miles... West? Or was it south?” He struggled to remember.
It was his first time seeing pet clothes though, and he was immediately mortified by some of the choices. “Is this what you dress pets in? Seriously?” He asked as his stomach churned.

Overlord Luca was the tiniest bit surprised. "These pet clothes are the best option to dress you in. We don't have suits or ape clothes your size." Fortunately, Overlord Luca wasn't really considering returning him to his guardian. He didn't know who he belonged to in the camp. Having just arrived today. He figured one of the gorillas had just returned from the hunt.
"Oh don't be like that." He said. "You need to wear these for now."

Morgan grumbled a bit.
Putting on the pajamas was the most embarrassing thing on the planet. They were all cutesy looking and made him look ridiculous. But at the same time, if he did he figured maybe this guy would actually take him back. Before Rowan found him and did whatever he did to prep him.
He slipped on the shoes before adding. “Ok I’m dressed. Now like I said, That gorillas hasn’t noticed I’m gone yet. All you’d need to do is sneak me out no questions asked,” he then added. “As long as we avoid the wash racks he’ll never need to know who let me free.”

"West you say?" Overlord Luca said, stroking his chin. "Or South?" He was going to bring up his hopes into believing that he would be returning to Renegade Luca. He gripped his arm and led him to the west side of the camp, leading him on to believe he was being returned to the jungle. Instead, he opened a cage and pushed him in. He immediately closed it and locked it with his code. "Or South you said?" Then he walked away.
Rowan emerged from the wash racks and rubbed his face. Where was the silly human puppy? He saw Luca coming over. "Oh hi, Rowan. You look like you lost something."
"I did. Have you seen a human puppy? He was dressed in a towel."
"In fact, I did. I got him dressed and in a cage. One of the west cages of course. Teasing him with the jungles."
"Oh that's cruel."
"But a suitable solution." He spoke, walking. "After all, he believed I was his guardian." Then he laughed. "Gullible child."
