Peter didn't know what to expect from an 8 foot tall ape and didn't even know where he had taken them both. The cages were different than this and he would continue to look around for an escape. He wasn't about to let something that big scare him easily.
There was no way he would be a 'show' or something to gawk at. He'd do something to keep from being a sideshow. This place was so different from the cages. Well...maybe not so much....it surely did have a resemblance to the cages...only cleaner. Maybe they would get something better than the stuff at the cages.
He looked over to his twin.

His twin was quietly sleeping on a ratty cot, not even tired by his brother's walking. It had been a long, exhausting day of bolting and evading apes. Of course, they had the upper end somehow. Either be from instinct or skill. Either way, it seems humans always failed.
Vallin quietly enters from the other side of the temporary cage. He snickers, brushing a hand across the glass. "You two seem mellow, not a mischief action or look in your eye," he quietly murmurs. "Have any special abilities? Don't waste my time."

His twin, he couldn't believe he was sleeping on a ratty cot. He itched the whole time he slept on his own cot. He had enough sleep, and he felt like he had gotten bitten. How could his twin sleep in a strange place? He didn't know. He thought about waking him up. He was about to walk when he heard the ape that bought them here, enter and he stared at the ape.
He was considering his options. There wasn't much he could do, not without his twin anyway. He didn't recall any special abilities. Only that he was a twin. He shrugged. He never used them if he had them.

Luckily Stephen had long sleeved clothes bottom to top, so, the bothering cot didn't irritate him like his brother. Why was the slumbering human wearing such long clothing? It was very humid and hot. However, in this 'cage' is was astonishingly cool. Stephen was grateful with that.
Vallin frowns, he was hoping that either of them had some quiet talent. He was aware that some refused to act at the cages for certain or personal reasons. He sighs. "Well, do either of you enjoy trying to be dominate?" he asks, wanting clear answers. To see how they would do with situations.

Peter shook his head at his twin's sleeping shirt. Well, he wasn't really wanting to sleep on something so 'disturbing'. He found himself sleeping on the floor. It was better than the itchy cot. Peter would rather have his twin awake, during all this. He was starting to think his twin was being stubborn...so he did something foolish and smirked. He knew exactly what to do. He took a feather or something and tickled his nose.
Peter was ignoring Vallin for the most part of trying to wake up his brother. Wait? Dominate? He did not understand. Why would they dominate each other? They were just two identical twins. And this cage was cramped because they couldn't get out. And it was a cool cage. He rolled his eyes and then decided he must have not really known much about being a dominate. They did everything as a team. Peter was the first to say, "Ah. Go away. I'm trying to wake up my brother."

Instead of Vallin becoming vexed and annoyed as he casually would with reluctant humans that refuse to answer. Vallin steps away, quietly observing from a shadowy corner. Where he was present, it was very dim.
Stephen's nose flinched a few times. However he was an intent sleeper. Being annoyed in his sleep, he rolls over to the other side. He sleepily scratches his own nose where is was a brief bother.

His brother couldn't seem to get him to wake up. Well, he grabbed some pail? Water? And dripped some on his face. Snickering lowly under his breath. He was just doing it to annoy him more. He became aware that the ape was gone and he whispered into his ear, believing maybe he would wake up. "It's gone!" Maybe he was faking sleep. "We can try to escape."
Peter didn't know if they were being watched or not.

No, poor Peter actually was exhausted and now being harassed. He never faked it, just failed from remaining asleep. He sways his hand over to his pesky brother. "Jeez, seriously..." he grumbles, elevating himself from the uncomfortable cot.
Vallin was actually nearby, just quietly observing. Pondering, how would these fair with other humans. He had revealed himself quite yet. They were intriguing. Twins were rarer than eye colours.

"Thank goodness you're finally awake." He said. "I don't know how you can sleep on this cot. Most uncomfortable piece of furniture there is in this place." He shook his head. "There's no ape here. We can try to escape." He indicated to the scene surrounding them.

Peter winces, removing the stray 'straw' from his clothes. That cot was very annoying and tickling to the skin. Though, it's no worse than the trees he found pleasing to nap on. He smacks his twin on the back. "Gah, I'll remember to bother you, when you're awake," he guarantees. "Besides, I don't think we can."

Peter didn't seem to be effected by his brother's smack. "Hardy har har."
Then he looked at the bars. They were metal and hard. Well, one of those had to have a weak point or spot in the ground. "I happen to believe there's a weak spot somewhere between the ground and the metal bar. Just have to look. Besides, there's no ape here guarding us. Simple and easy to escape. There's always a way out of the cage. Always." He believed they had a chance. "Besides, would you rather sleep another night on a itchy straw bed?"

Stephen returned back into the cot, only swinging in it but not sleeping. If he wanted to, his pesky twin would bother. He shakes his head. "Goodluck." He sighs. He was only looking around.
As Peter Pan was seeking, a nearby, hidden door released opened. It was near the bars, and quite narrow. It wasn't a secret at all.
