Phoenix frowns, peering back over. "Worry about Aaron? I've seen apes be rough with other apes, especially with teaching. Mostly in the army," he states, pondering if it was a certain ape who was watching. "I've seen it," he reminds. "I wouldn't worry too much, unless it gets too severe," he scratches his gloved hand on his arm, "adding, why don't you discuss it with him. Some apes are cold, but it's probably good reasons." He sigh, "you, Zaius, and Aaron need to discuss it."
"Mm, they have a stronger will to kill Overlords, plus they've been taught other things than normal wild humans," he wisely informs, pleading quietly Zeke understood. "They're enemies to us, you even know that."
Phoenix bobs his head over at the swift female, "thank you," he appreciates her aid. He gathers the tubes then speedily goes by Azura. He removes the mask and applies a breathing tube down her throat. He reaches out to Zeke, giving him the catheter," remove the clot through the artery vein."
After he crosses over to her feet, and worked on it to repair. It would be a bit, it was awful. The skin literally scraped to the under skin.

Zeke nodded in agreement. He had spoken to Aaron. "I have spoken to Aaron several times. But it seems he doesn't want to disappoint me and wants me to be proud of him. His attitude has changed somewhat." Zeke said, holding onto the catheter. He was worrying too much maybe. "Maybe I'm worrying too much about him. Maybe he's trying to be an independent human, capable of trying to make his own decisions." Then. "I heard there's a rise of missing ape-raised humans. I guess I'm worried about that happening to him."
Zeke wondered, "If Alan can kill Overlords, he could also kill renegades. Then he's unpredictable and more wilder than the humans we domesticate." If by any chance, maybe they could domesticate him. "Maybe we can domesticate the two parents." He suggested. "And maybe we can keep both of them together while they heal?"
Serenity smiled as she was a quick thinker. She handed them over to him.
Zeke began to put the catheter into the vein artery. It seemed to take a long time until he finally reached the clot. It was leaving her body. "I certainly hope this will help." He said, hopeful. Serenity didn't leave his side, helping with her feet. She was always helpful.

The first thing Alan became aware of was the pain. His feet were second degree burned and wrapped up in sterile bandages. That didn't really make it any better. He could move his arms. Why was he in so much pain? And where was he? He could hear 'noises' and 'voices' somewhere out in the hall. He grew afraid of those voices. He didn't recognize them and thought they were there to prolong his torture some more with "Zaius". The thought of him- sent shivers up and down his spine. He hoped his wife and daughter were safe away from all this. His hopes were dashed when he heard a 'scream' and it was Azura! That meant that they had captured her! Oh what of his daughter? Ocean! His apple of his eye. She was here, too.
His heart began to pound as he thought of what could be going on. He also noticed that he could move, but with much difficulty. He couldn't get out of this bed. It was comfortable and warm. He was warm and wanted to see where his wife was. But his feet were another story. Maybe he could use a 'chair with wheels. Well, there was a chair with wheels. It would be hard to get to. It was about 6 feet tall of the floor. How come everything was bigger here?! He swallowed and sat up gingerly. Ok. So the pain was from his feet. Everything else was ok. He would need to figure out how to get to the chair or stool. His feet were most sensitive. He swallowed and eased himself to sit on the edge of the bed. He wasn't sure whether or not he should be doing this. He used his leg to ease the chair (stool) over to the bedside. It was not easy. Now to settle himself on the stool. Then he could propel himself with something not his feet. He was so going to try to find his wife.
Then he pulled his feet onto the 'metal' rung and flinched. Cold. Relief. He began to push himself towards the door. He saw it was closed and probably locked. How would he leave this place? When he pushed open the door, it swung open and he propelled himself out and rolled down the hallway in search of his wife and daughter.

Phoenix eases, then glances over at Zeke, well everything was stable, for now. He sighs, "you, him, and whoever he was under seriously needs a talk. If he's not wanting to do it, I guess don't. But it will surface things that are wrong or concerning." He lowers his head, "come now, Zeke, he's bright and skill. I wouldn't worry too much."
He calmly shrugs, then clicked his tongue. "Um, let me see," he quietly returns. Her feet were not as horrid when he first discovered it. "Zeke, any human has that capability, even domesticated. Though, I don't think we will have issues." He places a few tools inside a jar. "Domesticate the two? I don't know, I mean we can try."
He focuses on more, answering, "they both seem too wild because of their experiences with apes." He smiles, "I want to try." He goes silence to allow Zeke to concentrate. "Serenity, just a few more bandages," he kindly instructs, smiling at her for a few seconds.
"Zeke, ensure that vein you poked through gets sealed up," a soft voice goes over to him. "That hearts constantly pumps." ____
A few vets were strolling down that way. In fact, a vet was on every corner of that sector on the vet. They were discussing recent emergencies and new opportunities that came out. Both of them caught the faint sounds from Alan.
One glances over, noting he was in no condition to be in the chair. She scurries down, "hey! stop!" she orders, easily grasping the 'chair'. "Where are you going? You're going to hurt yourself more," her concerned voice grew sorrowful.

Zeke couldn't help his feelings and needed to discuss things with Aaron and Zaius. But how? He was a vet and his ape-raised human made his decision, although, lessons were always going to be learned. Aaron never will stop learning. "He won't stop learning." He admitted. "I do try to keep an open door and a listening ear out when he needs to talk. I have a feeling he wants to show independence and his skills can come as good use. He has a very keen eye for right and wrong. He isn't afraid to express how things should go. I think he wants to try to impress Zaius by showing his independence and how much useful he is." As a positive note. "He is very smart and skilled."
Serenity smiled and went to go get another few bandages as Zeke and Phoenix worked on the harder issues. She had input to the way Zeke was worrying. "Don't worry about Aaron. I'm sure he can handle anything. He's a bright young man. I'm sure if something is bothering him, you'll be the first to know."
Zeke didn't look up as he finally pulled the catheter out it very slowly. Once out, he seals up the hole he poked through. The heart was pumping better and the humans' complexion improved greatly. "Now that we have the clot, we should make sure there are no other clots." He suggested.
-0-
Alan wasn't aware that the halls were manned or aped with vets. He wasn't intending to 'gain' attention. But he was too weak to react to them in any negative way. He looked plaintively puzzled as he didn't know where he was going. He was following where he believed the voices were.
He was sitting in a chair and that was better than walking on burned feet. He found himself stammering. "I heard my wife and want to go see her." He didn't want to tell them out of fear of getting yelled at more. "I was using the chair to move so I wouldn't get hurt."

Phoenix smirks, quite pleased at the information given from the vet besides him. "Zeke, that's a good thing. It reveals he wants to expand his knowledge." He smiles over, "it's up to you to discuss things between or all three of you."
He snickers, "that's what I've been saying." He nods with Serenity on the agreement. "Yes, though, he might not. So, you might have to imply something for him to speak." He grumbles, "out of choices, why Zaius?"
Zeke's assumption was going to be helpful, but Phenix had secretly already scanned before the surgery. "There was none, just in her heart," he answers.
He peers over to Serenity, "I believe we're done? Or I'm I missing something?" ---
The vet that held the chair became perplexed as Alan had been. She also pondered how did he escape? Did someone fail to lock it? She shook her head as the other response.
"Oh? No wonder why you're eager to advance to her." She surveys around. "Um, do you have a clue where she could be? In another cage recovering? Running off? Or Emergency room?" she asks, noting his condition.
"How about we place you back into your cage, and we'll bring her back." She couldn't promise, they had no idea.
The other one prepped a needle, clearly wanting him out.

But he wanted to be able to make his choices without looking like a young human who didn't know what he wanted to do. He was interested in learning more than anything. He embraces knowledge. " Zeke nodded. "Patch up time." He smiles. Serenity was done. "Yes I believe so." Alan had to foolishly admit, "I don't know where any of those rooms are." It was true. He didn't really know where his bethrothed was. He had left to search. He looked at her and said, "Yes." He could wait for her. He should have. Then he saw the other vet prepping a needle. Instead, he didn't know why. Then his eyes widened.. what if they were out to take him back to Zaius? He was stuck in a rock and a hard place. He glanced at the other vet. "Is that to harm me?" Alan asked, not sure if the second vet had good intentions.

Azura was successfully out for the entire, lengthy emergency surgery. With her being forcefully asleep for awhile aided her to regain little strength at a time. It wouldn't provide enough might to exit whatever she was on. She would encounter eccentric dreams from the substances within the serum. Some would seem very real, and others wickedly harsh. However, she did not move any of her flagged limbs. Everything went very well, even the surgery. Their skilfull tactics supported beautifully in the success of the clot withdrawing and returning her back to health. Besides the recovery that will take it. Though, they are more advanced. So, it depends. Unfortunately, Azura would not awaken, though she was alive. She had fallen into a coma, it wasn't intense like braindead ones.

Phoenix flashes a swift smile over at Zeke. "I feel he wanted to apprentice with the upper apes. Though, if Zaius is being unnecessarily abused, then have him find another," he suggested, unsure if it would be workable. "He's better off with other council members."
Phoenix walks around removing the 'stretcher' from Azura's chest then calmly lasers it to seal the skin back together. She would need to heal, just not as commonly long.
Then he removes the tubes for her to awake in time.
He peers over to Serenity, "can you bandage it?" he asks, then looks over at Zeke. "Can you please roll her into recovery in cage three?" he asks.
"I need to talk to Maximus." ---
The nurse frowns looking forward, then around. This poor father wanted to know where his beloved was. Well, maybe the other vets would know? Possibly. They'd hope.
Actually, Alan was more close than he realized. Azura would be rolling out down the hall from behind.
Though, Titus would see her first as he was present near the ER.
--
Phoenix went out to discuss the recent things with Maximus. Who was probably with Titus? Depends.

"I think I will discuss he'd go straight to Maximus. He says that he only lectures him but doesn't ever really raise a hand to him. He's a good human son regardless of species." He smiled as the surgery was a success. Her colors were returning. "Looks like she'll live." He was grateful that she would live. But she wasn't waking up. "Phoenix? When is she supposed to wake up?"
Serenity nodded. "Of course." She smiled. "I'm glad the surgery's went well."
Alan was laboring again, to go back to his 'cage' or room. Laboring meant, using the wall to push his chair back. He hadn't noticed, but could hear a stretcher. He slowly turned to see a stretcher being rolled out and he thought he saw a familiar form on the stretcher. He wanted to go after the ape and the stretcher to see who it was. But already, he didn't want to sleep anymore. He had dreams that were so bad that he wished he had died.
-0- Maximus wasn't sure what to think of the situation. He arrived an hour ago and was waiting for Phoenix. Exchanging light talk with Titus, he was surprised. The transportation CEO was known to be cruel to humans, even if they had young. Titus' own explanation that the human had trespassed, but he felt a little sorry for a drenched creature, hiding a kid. It was the kindest gesture to extend to a human. Titus went on to add that females with pups were very rare. Why harm a pup and a female? It was barbaric and cruel. He wasn't inhumane all the time. He wasn't that cold hearted as many made him out to be. "I intend to keep the pup and the mother. If she survives. Then he glanced and saw a stretcher with the human. She wasn't awake yet?

Phoenix frowns for a moment, then smiles. His hand padded Zeke's back. "Some apes do. Zaius, I don't doubt it. But there is a limit, they are ape-raised." His head shakes. "Find a way to talk."
Before he exits to discuss with Maximus, Zeke's concerned voice caused him to stop. His heart sunk. He strolls over to 'check' her out She wasn't waking up? What? Calmly, he performed a few tests. He intently pouts, shaking his head. "she's in a coma." He delivers dark results. "I don't want Alan to see her." He walks off.
-- The one nurse that was trying to help him also heard the stretcher behind. Seeing that Alan was obviously familiar. She took a step back, allowing him to go after. -- Phoenix frowns, compressing the bloody gloves in his one hand. He was travelling the opposite way that Zeke would. He couldn't believe it. That female went into a coma. His head shakes. It wasn't the first for a disappointment. The mother of the infant Phoenix confiscated needed to be found.
He notices the two talking and approaches when Titus stops, then looks over at the 'bed'. "Good news, the female survived, but fell into a coma." He looks over to Maximus. "I guess Titus filled in the details."

Zeke wasn't disappointed at all with Aaron's decisions and nodded. "I'm proud of him. He's the only one out of his class that actually chosen two council members. I think it'll help him in the long run. May even help Kratos one day, if he chooses to help him."
Zeke was concerned. He hoped that they didn't perform the surgery far too long. "I hope we didn't do anything wrong by trying to remove the clot." He was sure they did the right thing. Sparing her life.
Serenity agreed. "If Alan sees her, he'll be worse.."
Meanwhile, Alan was trying to see who was on the stretcher. But by then, he had totally exhausted himself. His body ached from the exertion. He groaned as he realized he over did it. He rubbed his head and sighed.
Titus was relieved for a moment. His face fell and thought about the infant. "Should I bring the infant here?" He asked. "Maybe she'll come around if I bring her around."
Maximus wasn't pleased with the news of a comatose human. "As long as she pulled through, it's good news. But the bad news is the coma. Is there any reason why she would fall into one? A 'stressful' reaction to previous events? Encounter with some ape who terrorized her? I'll have to get in touch with Kratos too." He informed the vet.

Phoenix did wondered, then asks to find an answer to his curiosity, "Zeke... why only council members? is that what he truly wanted? Or is it you?" He didn't intent to sound mean, his time had been intensely soft.
He scratches his face by his wrist. " Ever tried a foreigner?" His head sways, deciding not to get too deep into it. "Ah, just discuss it."
He frowns over to Zeke, "no, it's not the first. After fixing Melanie, she went into a deep coma." ---
The nurse frowns down at the injured human. "Come along, you can view whoever that is later. You need your rest," she whispers, rolling him back into the room.
She gently carries him out of the wheelchair and settles him in it ---
With the recent kidnappings, Phoenix couldn't chance it. Especially when the child of Carol nearly got taken. Phoenix shifts his head. "As much as I love the idea, I don't want a chance of having her taken."
Phoenix scratches his head after pocketing the bloody gloves. They were in a sterile room, so it didn't bother him. "I'm not sure. I would figure it would be vaccines, but I couldn't. Once she's awake, then I can." He sighs, pouting, "I'm not sure, it can be multiple of things. The anthesea, trama, fear.. anything."
"What would Kratos do? He hates humans. Why would he care?"

Zeke sighed as he considered Phoenix's remark. He didn't entirely know what to think about Aaron's decisions. Council members weren't always the best to learn from. "I don't entirely know. Maybe he thought they were wiser since they run the council and sentence bad apes and humans. Aaron's a mystery. I never pushed him to make the choice of being around the council members. He told me he bumped into the two of them and decided to try to learn from them. Schooling only takes you so far." Zeke was planning on a foreigner. "I think Aaron said something about going to a foreign country. But that would be 'running', he believes."
Alan allowed himself to be rolled back into his room. He was exhausted, but maybe later he could find out. "Alright." He relented. "I guess when I'm stronger." He lay on the bed, hiding his arms. He didn't want another IV or medicine to make him sleep. He had slept enough and he had nightmares from his ordeal.
Maximus was stroking his chin. "Melanie." Then his answer came in. "They go in to shock. Melanie, I'm told is not really adjusting well to being alone with a pet sitter." This human may require a round a clock sitter or someone to guard her. "I suggest a guard." He suggested helpfully. "We can't surely risk another kidnapping."

Titus decided to make a choice on the matter of protection. "I'll take her in." He said. "It would be 'rare' for anyone to suspect me as a guard. Not many apes would know and when she's healed, I can protect her and her infant." Nevertheless, he may just get media coverage once they find out of his compassion. He wasn't known to be compassionate. It was touch and go.
"I think if she stays with me, there are options open for transport." He was able to use his helicopter and pilot to leave the city if needed. He had another manor but it was hidden. "I worry about the patrols and the Colonel searching for a 'fugitive' human."
