@everyone, @anyone - open
It was down drenching and blackness blanketed across the structures, down to the surface. A few lights loomed bright as the moon in a few sections. Few fading from their dying energy. Not enough was going on but several apes on late patrol and custodial services. The nearby entertainment was closed down for the evening till morning would cycle back up once again. No one would be exposed in the wicked rainfall and lateness of the night. Well, not accurately, blank. Meager quantity large apes were hauling Azura by a harness connected to a muzzle. This wasn't Azura's original time with a muzzle, no, plainly they were aware of her fatal bites. As careless she would strive against the sturdy material, still forcing her feet into the concrete below. It was vain by the amounts that circled her. Well, she was very persistent, despite if she was boldly foolish. Yes, the firm pounding of the rainfall just forces aid in a successful escape. The heavy drops of water would slam into their faces, causing the band to have an issue with viewing. If that remained a good way, then the slick flooring beneath might. Not simply that, Azura had taken a blade back at the camp wherever she was ordered to stay. Before working on the escape plan, she'd have to prompt them to slip. Simply how? Without notice, she clasps the strap wrapping it around the ape that was in the core. With a hard yank, the central one stumbles, effortlessly gliding, then the others would plunge down. She handles the blade to remove the fastened leash. Once they had fallen, she retrieved her daughter. Of course, the young child wailed. Ocean was drenched and cold. Stupid apes, so brainless. She gently steps back from the two, then bolts into a random direction. It wouldn't take more than a few moments to have an ape darting across at her. The city was congested with them. A Retreat was futile. The first one that protruded out with a weapon was jabbed into the stomach. She recoils, astonished. This couldn't be beneficial. She grasps the nearby garbage can, using it as a shield to protect herself from two more approaching. She couldn't speak into her own defense.

Zaius was lurking by. What was his reason to be present there? Especially in the harsh downfall of the rain? He despised the rain. Quite odd. The crying from Ocean would easily draw attention to anyone nearby. Unfortunately, it was the dreadful orangutan. He curiously walks over, investigating. His tired eyes observed from behind. In a flash, Azura was being elevated from the ground by her shirt. His glowering sights dropped down at the two. "Who's responsible for having this human scurry around unsupervised, with no collar?" he snarls, looking around. "And allowing her to cause disasters?" He continues to growl, "Actually just execute them both. It's better to have a troubled, deadly human dead than not."

Azura keenly listens to the hefty footfalls behind, including banging down onto the expanding puddles. Before she likewise had the second to bolt or constant swirl her head above her shoulders, she was lifted off the hard surface. A murmured yelp whispers out. She didn't need to glance at the ape, she could already sense the danger that emanated from Zaius's large stature. At this moment she wished she never abandoned the impaled blade. Only freight towards the apes' retaliations forced her to flee and not glance back. If she miraculously vanished, where would she run? There's bound to have infinite apes prowling at each section of the city. Her exposed toes furled against the bottom of her feet. The harsh falls from above washed the filth from her scoured toes. Since the patrols opened their mouths describing the site, Azura reflects for every idea out.
The two ape patrols that Zaius was glowering down at, had no concept what the original band of apes was journeying here including why they continued transporting a human so advanced into the night. With no clue, the two directed their beefy fingers over at where the group was, even the stabbed ape. Except the decorative blade was deserted. One curls their finger, frowning into a nervous wince. His eyes slowly met Zaius's. "The ones responsible had left," he honestly muffles, stuttering between a few words. Living accustomed to all the cruel and rude words from the public didn't bother him on Zaius's reaction.
Selecting the time the two patrols where bewildered, she flicked her leg backward, in the desire to harm the massive orangutan to force him to release.

Zaius was becoming a little vexed as the two apes were silent for a while. Nothing this ape hates more is when the ones he question don't talk right away. He snarls, listening to the ongoing whine. He winces, then focuses on the two. WHat? Gone? Who was gone? That made no sense. His eyes bounce over to the vacant path. If that didn't fire him up, her harsh kick stomach did. He didn't release, just shove her to closest building that nearly got fried by overhead lightning. He removes the muzzle, then steals the wailing child. He aims a gun at her. "Speak! What are you doing out here!?" He could care less about the intense, harsh weather.

gladiator was foolishly walking through the wicked storms above, not caring once about his crucial health. He refuses to have anyone else bind him in medical dressing. The reason he had been bleeding back at the Cages, was because of him doing his own bandages.
It wasn't until that freak Titus and the stupid handler, along with a human! Apes agreeing with a human! How pathetic. He grumbles, beyond vexed, heading through the entertainment section over to the medical area. The two wasn't that far from each other.
If that little human wasn't under enough trouble by the corrupted council member Zaius, Gladiotr was going to approach once his ears caught a familiar sound, crying. He grumbles, limping over to the unnecessary scene. Being partially drunk as well, to numb the intense gashes, didn't help.
His wicked glare fires over to Ocean, then Zaius. "What are you waiting for? Blast that blue-headed beast!" he wrongly provoked Zaius. Of course, he wouldn't try, neither others. It was hard to stop a council member, it wasn't wrong or stupid, just unheard of. "No one is around, no one will care." He coughs.

Azura had been nestling Ocean, shielding her from continuous, wild rain. Herself being hammered by the storm preferably. She dedicated hard to escape to hasten from the two. It remained imaginable, she even comprehended it. Once she was slammed brutally to the towering structure. She cringes, cowering, settling herself stronger around Ocean. Zaius's violent pupils that flashed in the changeable lightning, prompted her to fold deeper around Ocean. She owned a belief what was progressing to happen near was not persisting to be friendly. The following heartwrenching event Zaius served on was unpredicted. With his speedy, and husky might Azura had no competition. Then his demanding interrogation bewildered her. She had no clue on it. That didn't imply much longer, her whole focus was on Ocean. She darted out her arms, not considering the deadly weapon aimed at her. "Ocean!" she shrilled. "Please do what you desire, but shelter her from the rain it will drown her." She was careless about her being.
Then one of the patrols that murmured about the disappearance of apes quietly attempted to defend. His finger rose. "Zaius, there's no reason to be so harsh to the dame." He whispers in expectations the deranged orangutan to accept. Though, he had a scarce believe he would. He already resembled negligently harsh.
She couldn't have this sinful ape possess her only child. Why would any parent support it? She clamps on her lower lip, then quickly kicks the gun away from his palm. Once his concentration was drawn in being appalled, she ripped Ocean from Zaius's grasp and darts off. She covers Ocean herself.

Zaius listens to the injured chimp nearby. A cold grin plays on his rigged face. He honestly was considering that option, ending this human's life. No one was around, yes, that was true. However, the loud ring would alert any lurking ape nearby. He couldn't have that unless he had a reason. So far none. He grits his fangs, snarling, "I will not unless you expose the truth!" He continues to demand, then was interrupted. He glares down. "You are with this mutt?!" he hollers. Zaius's pistol was kicked, but he had firmly gripped it. However, Azura successfully grasped the child and bolted. Beyond enraged, he directed the gun over at Azura. "Big mistake mutt!" he heartlessly fires.

Indeed Zaius was beyond frigid, so cold that his heart was freezing to the core. What caused his vicious, dark heart to despise so strongly? Why become intently harsh against a race that's five times weaker than him? It made no sense. Azura was stunned at Zaius's stone-heart feelings to an innocent, young child. Not having any needed thought on Ocean's deadly position. One of the main reasons she took action to protect. She desperately pleaded to Zaius. "Please." It was likely he avoided it.
Before a few minutes, Azura acted on her bold rescue that nearly failed. The bothered patrol answers, "not really, just in the state of the fresh pup." He sighs, not at all perturbed by Zaius. "It's resembling animal abuse."
Azura trembles as she darts desperately away. Zaius's cruel words replayed into her mind. She felt a sudden, harsh pierce into her back. The drilled bullet didn't penetrate anything important. Yet, the impact forced her onto the drenched paved top. She cradles Ocean in one arm as she claws the ground, crawling into a darkened ally way. Then she leaned against a wall working to ease Ocean from being cold and crying.
Disturbed the night guard narrows his kind eyes, soon turning very shady. He harshly punches the gun from Zaius's grip. "That was totally unnecessary you crazed." He focuses over at Gladiator. "You better leave as well." The patrol exposes cuffs. "Zaius I'm placing you under arrest. You say anything I will use against you." He confirms in scarce dark tones, even hinting coldness. "For animal abuse as we keep young pups on intent protection by strict laws. Also foolishly disobeying an authority." He opens the cuffs. "You refrain, I will call in reinforcements. Just because you're a council member. Does not mean you get away with the laws."

There was one thing Serenity didn't like very much was a heavy rain. It made everything slippery, cold, and grey. She held an umbrella over her head as she walked through the rain. She rounded the corner and saw what looked like a human, a young pup, a patrol, and a council member. She narrowed her eyes as she walked closer. Then she saw a gun and she heard 'crack' and a fleeing human and young human fall to the ground. Then the human scurried away into a dark alley.
She saw the patrol arresting Zaius and she wondered if she should go after the human. Without second thoughts, she followed the human into the dark alley. She could smell blood so she knew that the human was injured. She held an umbrella and cocked her head. The human was cradling a young child. "I'm not going to hurt you. If you will come with me, I can heal your wound and take care of your 'wet clothes' and get you something warm for your young child." Serenity was a nice ape and cared for all animals. Serenity knew that they would have to wait for them to clear. Even Gladiator. Urgh. That pompous ape. He wasn't looking any good either.

Azura noiselessly rose her drenched head, inspecting through a narrow opening from her dripping hair. The pounding rain had already prevented a majority of the splashing footfalls advancing from Serenity that edged closer. She cringes behind her hung hair. Another ape? She can't get a break. They prowled every corner. How would she ever escape? She deepens her caress around Ocean, concealing her arms around her. Ocean seemed to reduce some, but the cold was still attacking. Since the kind ape extends help and desires her to trail after. Azura had wordlessly peered in multiple spots for an escape route. She was wounded and fatigued. She just craved those fierce creatures would just leave her be. By this hour it had only been thoughts and not reality. She discovered a high fence that possessed some figure of protection protruding from the top. Unluckily, it was too high, therefore there's no way to ascend it. Furthermore, who's to say if the barrier included electricity. She was desirous to be away from the rain and apes. Before she turned to glance back at Serenity, she located a tall tree. The arms extending over the fence descending down. Her eyes didn't lift from her set target. She grasps the metallic wall from behind handling it to arise. She moves to the side, repeatedly shaking her head. "No, no more." She hastens over to the towering folaige, almost gliding and collapsing a few times. She harmfully clutches the feeblest limb, clamping her feet around the base of the tree, supporting her to the next more towering one. Once she fatally climbed to the wanted limb, she dragged across it. She looks down below. The other side was visible. Was this really going to work? She frowns, lounging on the limb for a bit. She weakly grips the center of the limb, swings down. She arrived on her feet, then fell down, sitting.

Serenity truly did offer help, but when she turned, the human was gone. Well, guess that meant she hadn't really needed her help and that she wasn't injured. Maybe she had been used to smelling that odor. Most of the humans she treated were injured with types of injuries. The ape sighed and figured it wouldn't be a good idea to trail after a wayward human. They just entered some private property and she wasn't about to follow and break any laws.
Trudging out of the dark alley, she glimpsed the patrol, Zaius, and Gladiator. She began to walk over towards them. She had pulled an almost 24 hour shift today at the vet's office. It was her time off, but she was also on call at any time. She quirked an eyebrow at Gladiator's attempts to cover his wounds. She gave a light chuckle.
"What happened to you?"

Titus was standing on his porch enjoying his free time from his 'human' pets. He saw a shadow jump from his fence and stood up. He grabbed a raincoat and a gun. For the most part, no one really trespassed onto his property. But he couldn't be too cautious. Renegades were always around and trying to 'sabotage' his business. He readied his weapon and walked towards the shadow.
When he stepped closer, he saw a human, wrapping her arms around her...as if protecting something. He glared down for a moment, "What do we have here? Do not move." He ordered crisply. "A muscle, an arm." He aimed his gun as he sensed a strange smell from the human. "You are also injured I take it and what have you got there?" He gripped her arm, and pulled her to him. She was soaked to the bone, but the human would become sick. Fortunately, his gun also had tranquilizers that would put a human to sleep for a duration. But here it would not do for her to attempt something.
He dragged the human directly to his manor and into his porch. It was blessedly warm and dry. "Now, what are you doing here? On my property?" He barred the entrance and a servant stood by the other door into the manor. "Fetch me two towels and close the door before you leave."
The servant left to go get two towels.

Azura was exhausted and refused to move at that moment. She believed she was in a sanctuary, as no other apes came to bother. Before she could check on Ocean who'd probably passed out. She felt an disturbing presence advancing closer. With her luck so far, she'd decided it was an ape, not very friendly. She cowers very lowly, encasing her arm desirously around what she was protecting. A tremble increased at the sight of the gun. If that wasn't nightmarish, Titus was an orangutan. Learning previously that pleading didn't help, she didn't do it again. Her head descends into her shoulders at his demands. She refuses to tell him about Ocean. Sure yelps after being brutally hauled to him. She didn't bravely look over at his face. Another yelp whispers out as she was likely dragged harshly, especially with his anger. She didn't fight. She was cautious on apes' strength. She wasn't familiar to the surroundings and found it intriguing. As she was forced, her eyes monitored around for an escape route. The warmth was pleasant. She seats herself against one of the massive columns brining her knees to her chest. She observed each exit, trying to plan a way out. But it seems she was shielded in. She listens to the demands and refused to speak. Her eyes drifted to the barred entrance. She acted like she was too docile to bite. But if Titus dared to attempt reaching for Ocean, she'd defensively nip.
The security patrol in that area, that was working to place the psycho orangutan Zaius under arrest, for his cruel crimes. A shadow form entered his view, near Gladiator. The kind, irritated ape looks over at Serenity. Who was she and what was her business here. He didn't want to know, therefore remained quiet on that topic. "Listen, chimp, I don't want to form any other unnecessary arrests, so please, please, don't interfere," he begs. "Shooting a human could of easily drilled through, killing the pup."

Zaius was going to bolt over to give the 'final' shot to the injured female. He could careless if it hit the pup or not, just exterminating her would of been the best solution. He flails his arms, snarling. "Gah!" He continues to complain, "this is outrageous! I did nothing but follow the laws here. That human contained no collar. It is your job to either kill or bring her to the cages." He quietly smirks as Serenity enters. Of course that pathetic human-loving ape. He focuses on her for a moment. "Besides that mutt attacked me when I asked her a question." He glares over to Serenity. "Ah, look who it is. shouldn't you be babying your patients or staying up with them?" he scoffs. He looks, soon glaring down at the patrol. "You should know any wild human, especially attacking can have the right to be put down."

The docile patrol that had been fueled in irritation wasn't even bothered by Zaius's childish outbursts. The patrol had been through the 'I'm innocent game'. And when the criminals refuse to admit to their crimes they did visibly. that only formed an annoyance. This sadistic orangutan in front of him refused to admit. Did these council members believe they could get away with anything? Well, this certain bold ape doesn't allow anyone free from their crimes, even the lightest. He joined this occupation for creating solid justice to the public. The night guard rolls his eyes, not believing this. He sighs, gripping each of his side, the cuffs still locked between his fingers. "Hey, hey," his hand rose to silent him. "Yes, I'm aware of the top laws. I entered this job for reasons," he scoffs back. "You were placing that pup in the rain, knowing the harm! That human informed you!" he wasn't sure how Zaius would take the patrol teaming up with the human." His head drops, glaring down at the expanding puddles. "You refused to obey me."
