Rowan had no choice but to file a report of a missing person to the Ape City Police Department. They may not like searching for a 'human'. But this human was an ape-raised citizen and had all the rights as any other ape. He hoped they would help him. As he walked up the steps, he was stopped by the guard first to get a scan for weapons. He had none since he was a handler.
As he walked up to the counter, he spoke, "I need to file a missing person's report for my sister. She went out to a friends' house and hasn't returned. It's been a day. She hasn't called or texted."
