Melody said, "700." She glanced over. "Half the products from the labs negatively break their skin out in hives and rashes. What may work for one human won't work for them all. You think all humans are alike in skin and hair."

The dark scientist grimaced at the response to Melody's bidding. He stomped closer to the small ape. "Listen to you, obviously you're not using them properly." He leaned closer, without any contact with her physically. "There's been countless cures not to mention. My works had saved many."
His paw jerked over towards Noella. "But they can be very reckless with something vital." He stated out of anger. His fist pounded the cage. "800!" He yelled. "They all need to deal with. Whether with my paws or Target Practice."

Melody knew she had reached her limit and couldn't bid any more money. His anger didn't scare her. "Don't blame me. I've witnessed it. I rinse every amount of soap and shampoo from their hair and skin. Several times. The others are in a hurry because many humans are wild in the baths."

Noella had been standing awfully close to the plexiglass or glass when he struck his fist against the cage. She could feel the impact of his fist on her cage and she backed away, quickly, hitting her back against the back of the cage.

Cobra retracted his hand that frightened the female when he banged on it. He smirked, looking back at the gentle ape. "Hmm? Not working? Then I need to adjust products, test, then sale." He cruelly shared one of his schemes to Melody. Wondering if the ape would get offended.
Cobra rose a brow, glancing between the handler. He waited a few minutes to have Melody call out her bid, but she hadn't. His paws slowly rubbed against each other. "Are you done then?" He asked.

"And why strike the cage in anger just because I bid?"
"800 and sold to Cobra." The handler said.

He grinned over at the sweet bonobo. "Because, to intimidate the brat, revealing who's boss." he simply replied to her. "Have you never heard of alpha? Showing your pet who's the alpha in the household? Showing they must cower low, and obey." He added.

"That solves nothing." Melody pointed out.

Rowan noticed Noella didn't cower or do anything of what he said. In fact, her burns from those prods prevented her from doing any of that. He knew she could sit down on the floor or lay down to sleep. But the girl wasn't intimidated and had just backed up to prevent any more injury.
However, Noella didn't speak. It was as if she had lost her voice.
Rowan walked over to them with a collar and leash in his hand. The first thing he thought of was getting her out without getting bitten, scratched, or kicked. He slowly opened the door, keeping an eye on Noella. He knew what she had done prior, with the vets and the other handlers.
"Be a good girl, ok?" Rowan said. "I'm just going to put a collar on you and a leash." He walked slowly towards her.

Noella watched warily, noticing that the items weren't harmful. But she was on alert. She moved to the right, although the cage was big enough for an ape to enter. She looked at the open door and the gorilla. Then there were two apes standing outside of the cage. One of them could catch her.
Noella found herself running for the door, despite the others standing outside the cage, close by and near. She didn't want that electric prong on her whatsoever.

Rowan nearly dropped the items on the ground, to chase. But he knew Noella wouldn't get too far. Not with the guards and all. "Silly young pups." He said. "Well, that went well. Come back here little human." He was kind.

Maximus returned after looking for a human. He narrowed his eyes and walked over to Noella. He picked her up by her shirt and walked over to Cobra, Rowan, and Melody. Fortunately, he was able to pick her up without getting hit, bit, like the sign said. "Much more easier to handle outside the cage, don't you think? Who's bought this animal?" He asked. "If I were you, I'd suggest a much tighter leash." He put her down, but still held onto her shirt should she decide to run away again. "Didn't get far, now did you?"

Cobra rolled his eyes after the human bolted, even firing his arms into the air. "Some handlers you are!" He retorted in slight rage, as he was a very patient ape. His eyes peered over at Rowan, then snorted. "I can't believe you allowed this human to run! Have you never dealt with wild ones?" He huffed, turning away to follow Neolla's steps, where she ran too.
His eyes narrowed at who caught her, he wasn't happy. He despised the upper apes unless they agreed to his experiments, and follow into his bidding. His head shook, walking over. He folded his arms not intimidated by his size. Another snort. "That would be him." He pointed at Rowan.
He sauntered over to Noella, grasping her shirt after Maximus released her. He glared into her eyes, then looked over at Rowan. "I advise you to keep your humans in check, handler."

Noella spotted her cage and tried to go back into her cage. She couldn't really pull or else she'd tear her shirt and waited to be put back into her cage.

"I'm sorry. She bolts every time. We lock the alternate doors here. Only door that isn't locked is the entrance you enter. She keeps away from all gorillas and other apes. She's had, by far, the worst treatment from gorilla hunters. The worst than you have ever done." He added to Cobra. "We let her free roam under some supervision. Unfortunately, she may have reacted due to the fact I had a collar and leash and she probably thought I meant to hurt her with it." Rowan explained to Maximus and Cobra. "She hasn't been able to find any way out. She has yet to talk too."
