The air blew through her pigtails and she could hear the distinctive sound of something beeping from her abdomen. Slowly coming to, she realized that she was free-falling through the air. She started to panic and scream as the ground rushed her. Then she heard a noise and then was lifted into the air. There was a parachute.
Then it became apparent she knew nothing about using a parachute. It seemed to be guided by it's own system because it lowered her gently to the ground. She saw, with fear, she knew nothing of where she was. It was probably a jungle planet. "Oh!" She exclaimed when the parachute detached from her and flew away. She looked around, uncertain.
She began her trek into the jungle. Maybe she can find another human.

Recently, Vaducos was requested by the Science Committee to obtain a specific animal that's been lurking around the cities above ground, one that wasn't just pesky, rather just requested as according to the chief over the committee didn't have it in their collection. Vaducos knew otherwise but didn't argue over it. It was an easy catch and heavily paid. Besides, it was a free day, his wife at home, and his son moved out.
Vaducos was arriving at the surface, with his specialized-crafted trapping equipment. After arriving, the creature was beside leftover lunch from a lazy Alucardian. He grunts, "sheesh..what an easy pay..." he impishly growls to the little dog-like alien.
Just as he was about to fire, he got a buzz. The buzz caught the attention of the creature and bolted. "Ugh...seriously?!"
Shortly after inspecting the vibration, he scowls, grimacing in irritation. "Alright...fine I doubt there is one in the jungles but I'll search...make up your minds." With that, he ignores the beast that scurries off and headed for the violet, deadly jungles. "Pure human huh?"

Amelia wandered through the jungle, not sure where she was. The flora and fauna were different from what she was used to. The air was different too. But she was able to breathe it. She was also aware of the probability of finding a full human was rare. Possibly. Maybe. Those were always the questions.
Her pigtails bounced as she ran towards a voice. It sounded human. Then she paused. There were no humans on Alucardia if there any, they were what? Eaten? She held her breath, wishing she had a hybrid form. It would be easier to have and she'd be able to get away. She turned around and ran. She started to climb a tree. Maybe, she could hide here until the voice passed. She grunted in pain as something bit her. What? She looked at her hand, noticing the two pinpricks. Something did bite her.
Soon, she started to feel sick and groggy. She had no choice but to yell for help. "Halph..Pwease halp!" Her voice sounded off as well. She started to climb down the tree and and landed on the ground, unconscious from the bite on her hand.

As if luck emerged out of the unfortunate event in regards to losing the creature and the swap in the request, Vaducos listened to the plead for help, there was one certain thing, is that it wasn't an Alucardian tone, no, it was human or humanoid, such delightful, innocent voices. Then he did wonder, why was this creature so close to the borderline of leaving the jungles?
Then his answer came to him, the parachute that guided Amelia down to the ground wasn't that far from where she recently fell. Curiously, yet joyously he walks over. He examines her closely then the bite. "Oh... I'll get you help," he darkly chortled.
Soon after, he clutches her limp body and places it over his shoulder. ----
As she was in and out, she could at times view bright lights, though other than that is was scarily dark. Only his eyes could view unless it was a human hybrid.

She was in and out and heard a dark voice. "What is it?" It was an innocent question. "What bit me? Saw nothing?" She was drifting in and out every so often, even her stomach was hurting. And she also realized she had gripped one of his 'dread-locks', during one of those in and out of consciousness.
She also saw some 'bright' lights every now and then, and those really caused her problems with her eyes because dark to light was not an easy transition. She shielded her eyes at times. But nonetheless, the darkness, she couldn't see unless her eyes adjusted to the darkness.
She felt her breathing hitch her throat. She was holding her breath. "Where are you going?" She asked.

By the time she was casually asking with her hand that was likely stinging despite being unable to move her limbs, she can only feel and see, while snapping in and out of reality. Which, Vaducos expected questions, whether they were garbling or not. Actually, it was amusing. Something that never occurred often, actually, like never.
The lights abruptly appeared, only this time it wasnt brilliant, but dim, and continuous. Instead of pausing, Vaducos responds with a soft chuckle, "oh? just a common bug that lives in the trees," his voice was distorted to her ears.
What seemed like endless lights, had finally paused. She could hear a very loud slam twice. It was a hefty door opening and closing. A few more steps, then she'd feel being plopped on a cold surface. Vaducos's palm was holding in place.
After a few moments of silence there was two deep voices that were discussing, but with her in and out state, she couldn't understand them. Besides they were conversing in their native tongue. Vaducos was speaking to a lizard garbed in a white, pristine coat. Some type of medical worker.

Vaducos was speaking to a lizard garbed in a white, pristine coat. Some type of medical worker. Oh, her hand was stinging regardless whether she came in and out. She was also smart enough not to panic because if this thing was toxic, it would be coursing through her body. She must have dozed again after telling her was a common bug that lived in the trees. She couldn't hear his voice very well.
She grunted as a loud slam woke her up and her hand stung much more.
Then she felt a cold surface on her back and something holding her down. She could focus blearily at what was holding her down. It was his hand. She was not able to get away even if she tried.
She was awake enough to hear two deep voices talking, but she did not understand. She began to fear, causing her heartrate to pump faster. Fear of what the white coated lizard intended with her. Her hand stung and she decided maybe the cold surface would help. Although she feared, she rested her hand at best on the surface. The sting didn't leave. It only grew worse. Now she made a noise in her throat as frustration also reared up it's head. Why wasn't the cold helping the sting? It made it worse? What was this 'white coated lizard' going to do to her?
Then she dozed off again.

As the two conversed in their foreign tongue, Vaducos elevates his claws from the disoriented female with a stinging hand. After he steps away, he further discusses certain topics. If Amelia was well enough to observe, she could notice each of their claws were pointing at her and her palm.
Vaducos pats her hair, coldly snickering as his rippled form departed. This time speaking in her language, "Your hand will stop...I'm sure. Enjoy your life here." His vicious, cold tone vanishes.
The Alucardian dressed in a perfected labcoat that was talking walks closer to Amelia. She could feel her fingers being lifted by gloved, scaly hands. "Not from around here are you? Well..no worry..."
Then another, not in a lab garb, but in a blue uniform came over towards her head. Roughly they gripped her neck, forcing into place. With one finger, it tapped her neck, as if implanting. It hurt as it embedded. Though, it would cause her to pass out.

She didn't understand what was going on. She thought- she was being helped- by the one who was patting her hair. She was about beg him not to leave, but then the lab coated one walked over and lifted her fingers and talking to her. She panicked even more as another arrived in a blue uniform. She screamed in pain as her neck was roughly grabbed. She tried to squirm from their grip and tried to kick herself upwards, but it was near impossible that she would actually snap her neck. Then she felt something embedding into her neck and she felt a lot of pain from her neck. It brought tears to her eyes as it hurt bad. She was trying to get away from the two and her fight started to weaken. She started to feel dizziness and she started to blink quickly, trying to fight the feeling of sleepiness. The last two 'beings' she saw before she passed out were two uncaring figures. Bruises from their rough-handling started to appear on her neck. She wasn't a human hybrid.

No, Vaducos had no intention to provide any degree of kindness towards the injured human. He only padded her head as a motion to struck fear, as if 'good luck' with your new life. Perhaps She wouldn't understand it as she was in and out of reality. Though, clearly, she understood what to fear.
By the time the Alucardian scientist had gripped her soft hand, Vaducos had already departed with papers in his fingers, as if it was a currency of some kind.
The ruthless venom from the beetle would force her to be paralyzed for another hour or two. It's only been one hour since Vaducos found her.
As if the scientist were not phased by her pleading hollers and cries, they simply left her be until the sedation channeled her body until she was unconscious. They would deal with her neck while out. ____
When Amelia would gradually, groggily wake up, a woman with white color hair with pink tips. Slowly she approaches Amelia who was on a solid, metal bed. She blinks. "Hey, you awake? You're obviously new." She bluntly points out. "When you have enough strength, I'll explain the future for you. But right now take it easy, you're still a little woozy. " Kalida draws her eyes back to the door as if she heard noises.

Things weren't so easy for Amelia because when she awoke, she was so woozy. But panic rose within her. She couldn't move! It was like she was paralyzed. She could see a woman with white hair with pink tips. The metal bed- was hurting her back and wasn't the most comfortable thing.
She could move her head so that was a good thing. But she was unable to move her arms, legs. She also didn't want to be left alone with the scientist. She was also aware of her heart beating against her ribs. She was panicking again and trying to move was so impossible.
How was she supposed to take it easy when she couldn't move? "I -don't know where I am." Her voice had an American-Austrian accent. "I- was dropped here." That much she could recall. So her memory wasn't impacted.
But then she thought she heard noises. "Tell- them to leave me alone."

Kalida draws her piercing red eyes over at Amelia who struggles to move. She crawls over as she was already sitting. She stood back onto her feet, arching forward, examining. "Ooh....you got bite.." she inspects the wrapped hand. "Yeah...I had that done to me...not outside of course."
She walks to the side adjacent to the metallic wall. "Oh...they gave you..your neck is going to be sore for a while," she informs, grimacing as she drew away. "You'll be able to start moving in a few minutes..no doubt."
She rose a finger to her lips to motion her to hush. She quietly settled herself against the wall where the would open.
The noises paused by their door, heavy footfalls and distinctive talking. Soon, they left, well whoever it was.

Amelia was starting to like her a little more. She was reassuring and she couldn't wait to get the wrapping off.
Slowly, she started to regain her ability to move. But boy, her neck was so sore. She found herself moving to her side and became silent. She could hear voices from beyond the door. She immediately climbed down off the table. She glanced at the wrapping on her hand. Feeling that she was hidden, she unraveled it, to look at it. It looked just the same.
She also found herself very thirsty as well. But there was nothing there to drink. "What is this place?" When the voices left.

Kalida despises everyone but other humans or hybrids in her situation. If she could help since she's been through a lengthy, painful time, she will. As for others, there is no trust like ever. So when Amelia was her new 'partner', she hastily came over to aid.
Casually, from a short distance, she observes Amelia begin to move her sedated limbs, the toxin was vanishing. That's when the voices could be heard. None of them human-related. "Don't remove that.." She whispers, gritting her teeth. "Not good..."
Once the dark tones dissipated, Kalida walks over to Amelia. "If you were loud around the voices and knowing you were new, they would have come in. I have a few rules id like to tell you. But what is this place? Hell....repetitive, painful hell... Never to see any type of vegetation or sky."

Amelia was grateful for her help, but she wondered about her. How long had she been here? She didn't query yet as she believed sooner or later, that scientist was scary enough.
She paused long enough to see two puncture wounds and then wrapped her hand again. She had to see her wound. But also didn't want some kind of punishment. This was a shock to her as well. She was a quiet human and rarely spoke to anyone. She only spoke to members of her own species and human hybrids.
She was also afraid. That much was known by the look on her face at the mention of hell and nothing but pain. The color literally drained from her face. She may have had a rosy complexion of health, but she was pale. She forgot about her thirst. But never to see sky and vegetation would be a quick and easy depressive death. "I'm just 18 years old," She said softly. "I have never been away from my parents for more than a day." She was four years younger than Kalida.
