Autumn saw the second human near her cage and Autumn was just as afraid as she. She couldn't just out right say everything was going to be alright. She was frightened herself and didn't like this place. It was just so cold- as in cold-hearted cruel apes. Autumn, in all her eighteen years, didn't like being a human that was caught in the wilds without a single solitary clue of what was going on when she was captured. One moment was all it took for them to take her.
She also didn't know what to expect from any of these cruel apes. Autumn missed her family, not to mention her own friends. Autumn watched every thing. She sat down on the cold metal floor. It was all she could sit on because there was no furniture or pillow. The floor sent shivers into her spine and she decided to strike a conversation with her neighbor. She scooted over to talk.
"Hey." She spoke, looking into the cage next to her. "I'm Autumn. What's your name?" But Autumn didn't get any response from the other human. Autumn noticed that the human was too scared. "Me too." She finally said.

Silas had gotten a few days to break from his sweat-breaking occupation. However, he intently enjoyed his career with the vicious humans. Not once has he gotten for himself, just mainly teaching his friends' humans or one requested from someone. He made pleasant pay on his harsh environment. In fact there were a few times a human tried to slay him, but, as usual, he knew how to handle it, nor was the creature put down.
During the few days of his 'vacation', he came to a conclusion he shall finally purchase one for his own. Perhaps one that could be another gladiator, or simply help in the structure. If he found what he was seeking, he would keep the human from the ring for a while, slowly adapting it.
Silas ventured around the line of cages, he was pleased that the area in the ring was more cleaned then the cages. Because what he was strolling through was horrid not only to the eyes but the aroma. How do they survive without sicknesses?
He spotted the fire-headed girl as he was walking. He stopped, examining her from his small distance. He approached a few steps. He noted her shyness easily. Shy? Definitely not, but he was drawn in by her appearance.

Autumn was clearly not aware of who was who nor did she know anything about these cruel apes. She figured he was in charge of some thing. She had seen the hierarchy from some of the other apes in passing, on the way to the cages. They stunk, but she had gotten used to the aroma. When you're used to it, you just don't notice it.
The only thing she could think of was going home back to Tribune, her village. She stood up and puffed out her chest. "I demand to go home. This is inhumane and cruel." She said, her voice was strong. She also refused to even put her arms outside. She kept her arms at her sides, hands balled in fists. "I don't belong in a prison cell. I did no crime!" She spoke bravely, strongly she believed. "And I didn't break any law. The only thing I gathered from all this is all apes punish all humans for being humans and different from them." She crossed her arms.

Kratos, had ordered his favored royal adviser that the humans despised. He, scarcely goes inside the disturbing cages. One of the reasons why, it is the attention from locals, and how filthy it is. Knowing how gross it was, it's a little stunning that the King didn't go.
The royal adviser strolled over to a particular cage that caught his eye. A female with fiery hair color. it wasn't the first, but doesn't matter. As long as it pleases the eyes, it should please Kratos. Though, him purchasing was rare.
He approached the handler, knowing very well Silas was admiring the human. he would defiantly fight. "Excuse name." he called over.

The handler glanced up from his paper work. Rowan was off duty, so it was his to handle all the dealings here. "Greetings. Are you interested in a human and which one? There's two? One is the spitfire and the other is a red head." He was a kind chimpanzee who wouldn't show a lick of anger. But he was firm with all the humans nonetheless. If he wasn't firm, they'd get out of sorts like the spitfire.

Autumn disliked being admired by any ape...especially since her hair was naturally red and her skin would burn easily in the sun. She was fair-skinned because she was a red head.

The supervisor glanced down, maneuvering over certain nasty spots. Grimacing, he sidestep, then leaped over a few gross areas on the floor. His gloved hands were curled tightly, clearly disgusted with his surroundings. He also ignored the orangutan that arrived first.
After arriving close to the handler's desk, he rose a paw then pointed it at Autumn. "I'd like that one." He clarified to the handler. "She seems more docile then the ones acting like completely animals." he snorted.

The handler nodded, looking at the fiery red head. "She is 450." The handler glanced over at the other ape staring at her, admiring her because of probably her hair. He hoped they weren't going to fight over her.
"She has been vaccinated and checks out to be as healthy as can be."

Silas didn't approach the fiery girl, as his attention was towards his own thoughts. Could this human really be one to do one of the duties he has for other powerful humans? His lip curled down, contemplating deeply on the scenario. Then a small brush from his finger came. Perhaps this young pup could be useful somehow. Though, her appearance revealed she was shy and fragile.
The gladiator trainer smiled to himself, finally coming to his own conclusion. Just as he was about to step towards the cage, another ape appeared, obviously interested as well. Silas examined the stranger's appearance. Silas easily could read this ape was wealthy and disgusted by the toxic area.
For a while, Silas surveyed the snobby customer and the handler. There was no way he was going to interrupt the two, not until he had a clear opening.
Just about when the supervisor would respond to the price of Autumn, Silas hastened to the handler. "Excuse me I've been watching in the background, and wish to buy. But, it appears I'm not the only one. So bidding?" He wasn't fully certain how it worked, just familiar with the rings' way.

The handler offered an explanation to the new buyer. "Each of you bid a higher number. One counters the other's bid. If I call for $450. He'll say $450. Then it's up to you to say $500. Upping the bid til the other bidder can't afford it or takes the loss. It's known as a bidding war."

Gladiator, the supervisor harshly glared over at the orangutan that steeped in to purchase the human too. The snobbish ape placed his paws on his hip, then swayed one of them into the air. "Excuse me! But do you realize who I am? I'm the royal supervisor, I do the President's bidding." He informed, hoping to scare him away.
He snorted, returning his glare at the handler. "A bidding? What? That's not cool. I was here first, and asked for her." His eyes rolled, revealing a fang, glaring colder. "This shouldn't be happening. The ruler gets what he wants, and no other ape can interfere." He smirked.

Silas turned towards the fired-up ape, acting more like a spoiled child than anything else. His brow rose, very amused at the Gladiator's attempt to frighten him away, because of his superior level just for being so loyal towards the king. He, too, snorted, then focused on the handler.
"I'd like to bid at 500." He loudly stated, intensely provoked Gladiator. His paws gently placed on the Handlers' desk edge. "Actually make that 600." He swiftly changed, firing his mischevious eyes at the snobbish ape. "I'm glad you're making this fair." He mentioned, removing his large hands from the gorilla's desk.
"As for you, Mr. superior to us. I honestly don't care what you are, and your missions." He enlightened, stepping closer to the spoiled ape, not even a bit intimidated by his role. "And, as for your bidding. Plus the President isn't here with me to over role, now is he?" He confidently smirked, stepping a few paces towards the cage. "You either bid or leave."

"I'm well aware of who you are. But if another wants the human, it's only natural to outbid them for a high commodity animal." The handler had never had this happen to him and he wished Rowan was here. "The orangutan here was standing in front of her cage, admiring her first and he is not from Central City. "

Autumn was aware of anything going on, but she could hear voices. Bidding? King? What?

He couldn't believe his ears at what Silas was saying. No ape, nor human had the guts to tell the mighty Gladiator off like that. He normally intimidates his victims, a threat that brings them away to accept his bidding. He snorted, rising a finger at Silas. "Oh, ho watch what you say. Some of those words are insult to our great President." He mentioned.
The snobbish ape folded his arms, glaring down at the handler. "Five hundred? I can easily outbid you with the President's account." He continued to provoke. His fist slammed on the desk. "800!" He hollered out. "You're not from here stranger? Well I advise you again to watch what you say."

The handler was surprised by the amount of money being laid on the single human. If Gladiator lost- he'd be pissed. "$800 in." The handler was not used to being in a bidding war. So far, the newcomer was so interested in the fiery red head that he probably leaving. "Any other bids?"

Autumn realized that some auction was going on- for her. She was all confused as to why the apes were bidding on humans? Surely, they aren't just 'animals'. "What's going on?" She asked, unsure whether the other ape would answer her or not. Because most wouldn't answer her. What were they thinking that she just made noise? Her vocals were intact.

Silas wasn't even frightened of Gladiator's higher bid, nor stealing sums from the Presidents' account. He smirked, a little amused that this ape would use the wealthiest apes' account in the city. However, Silas had a feeling this loyal ape had a limit to spending. Unless the President was a fool, which Silas highly doubted.
Unlike the bidding rival's temper towards adding a number to the bid. A soft palm gripped the corner of the desk. "I'd like to add nine hundred." He replied gently, then lightly tapped his index finger on the metallic surface. His eyes shot over to the puzzled human, then on Gladiator.
He gently rolled his bottom lip inward, gently nibbling. "You may use another account to flow into the bidding, but it just reveals you're getting help, not actually challenging. Why don't you actually bet from your own?" He snorted, sliding his large finger from the surface.
He leaned towards Gladiator, happily smirking. "Oh, and I have no fear into being challenged against a bidding war. As I am a famous Gladiator Trainer. Not to mention, the owner of the ring." He added.
