Silas figured that local patrols that remained behind were behind to monitor the encampment, and not take pursuit after the startled, bolting mounts. His mind wasn't too focused on the human that would likely attempt another escape, actually, any human would if ever provided the moment. The escaping horses were embedded in Silas's mind, as he didn't want the hunters to be without their steeds if there was an intense issue.
With swiftness, Silas was in his desired zone to corral the horses from an angle. It wouldn't be much longer before he had aid from local apes to help with controlling where the horses where going. It wouldn't be easy to have two apes direct them, but nearby aid was much easier and swifter.
As he was aiding with the hunters on the mount, his corner view detected something white concealing behind foliage. Sadly, he knew who it exactly was as she was the only clever albino around. He grimaced in rage, narrowing his angry scowl over at Venus. Slowly, he backed away until she was in his view. His palm clutched his weapon that fired Nets. With haste, he aimed it, the fired the metallic net at the human.

Galen was too busy to notice that his human gave him the slip! Them actually. He rounded up as many horses as possible. He headed into the shadows and tripped. He fell over something and went down. "Oomph!" He placed his hands on the ground, and began to push up. His hands reached a very warm and moist part and he paused.
"Hey! Can I get a light over here?" He called out to one of the patrols that had been passing by. They shined the light and saw a body of a young gorilla. It's hand was cut off and cauterized. A huge gash was on the young gorilla's forehead. He wasn't dead! He was still breathing! Who had done this?!
"MEDIC!" Galen yelled out at the top of his lungs! "MEDIC! WE NEED A MEDIC OVER HERE." Galen shouted and a medic came rushing to the gorilla.
The medic was surprised. "He was attacked and his wound was cauterized expertly. Someone is very good with cuts and cauterization."
"Guard! Find the human who may be responsible for this!" Galen ordered. He usually didn't give the orders, but this time he did.
The guards were on high alert, looking for the human responsible. "Don't KILL the human! We'll take him to Kratos and he'll deal with the human pest."

Melanie used this opportunity to sneak away because they all seemed distracted. Well, she didn't get too far because she saw a set of familiar footprints and they led somewhere else. A tent. She headed to it. The tent was dark and no sounds were coming from it. She peeled back the flap and looked inside. Something of Carol's was lying on the floor. She rushed into the tent, and picked it up. The flap falling down. She knew her sister had been there.

Venus noted Silas detecting her from being concealed behind the thicket of the jungle. She grasped the reins, prepping to go deeper into the dense jungle until a screech from a familiar ape bouncing around the camp. She swiftly shot her bright eyes over to Galen, where he discovered the gruesome scene that she was observing Mathew viciously created. She was appalled he would commit such a harsh act, perhaps he would be fitted to be a gladiator. As she surveyed for Maxwell, hoping he would dart after the discovery, a harsh metallic object bashed against her, forcing her off the steed. She was normally more observant but was focused on other things. She crashed, yelping with the piercing pain. She grappled the heavy net trying to pry off the dense net.

Maxwell was about to dart from the camp when he heard a yelp. But he had other matters to attend to. He was being pursued himself. To keep himself from getting caught or else he'd get shipped right to Central City. It would be horrid to endure a trial with those apes. They were harsh! But he was not too pleased with what he did.
He ran inside a tent- not noticing that a human was there already, looking for her sister. He blinked and put a finger up to his lips. "Shhh."
He knew she wouldn't rat him out.

Melanie heard the flap open and spun to look. It was a young man. She noticed that his hands were covered in a substance. He uttered an "Shhhh." Melanie wasn't about to scream for help or anything. He was also dressed in Overlord clothing so that meant he was probably overlord raised. She imitated the same motion to him and nodded. Then she lifted her sisters item for him to see.

With enraged anger, Silas was stomping over to Venus, who caused the frightened, free mounts. However, he wasn't aware she wasn't working alone, no just herself as he would expect from a Gladiator. They have been taught to trust no one but the one who taught and owned them. He hadn't noticed that Venus, perhaps was a different one.
Galen's screaming in requesting swift assistance brought Silas to a sliding stop across the slick jungle ground. It appeared it had been pouring earlier. Swiftly, his head whipped over to his partner, harshly grunting as he wanted to deal with that pesky albino, but his partner needed speedy help. Reluctantly, Silas bolted over to Galen.
Once there, what a horrid, disturbing view after arriving. His sweaty palm slapped onto his lips, very stunned at the sight of the poor gorilla Galen had discovered. Each passing hour it seemed to become worse at the encampment. The only human he believed that had committed such a cruel act on the young hunter, was Venus. He didn't think another would do it, as she was the only vicious, killing human around.
His teeth harshly gritted, firing his angry orbs to his partner. "I'm very certain that dangerous albino committed it. I mean what other humans would? She tried to kill you with her own bounds, but easily failed." He stated, removing his palm from his lips. I have her caught if you wish to question, but I don't doubt it is that pale creature."

"Are you sure?" Galen asked, once he got there. "Because he's still alive. Just unconscious and the wound was cauterized expertly. I have a feeling the Albino wouldn't spend time doing that." Then a medic came over and was busily ensuring that the gorilla was stable and ready for moving to another location.
An ape surveyed the cages and found his hand. He picked it up, thinking that it could possibly be reattached. The medic and a few of the guards helped him go to Central City Hospital.
Another gorilla finally said, "All the humans are gone. And there are two taking refuge in Cobra's tent."

Venus slightly glared with parted eyes of shock. She easily noted the huffing, raging ape stomping her direction. Her grimaced shifted into a dark wince after she recognised that certain figure. Of course it was the Gladiator Trainer, he's a pain. She rolled her eyes, then heard the sudden desperate holler. She rose her eyes , jerking her eyes to Galen. What? She then recalled her partner, and looked around. She didn't spot him? Great, hopefully he didn't get caught. She attempted harder to remove the net.

Maxwell began to look around for a weapon. Well, he found some scalpels, knives, a strange looking device that resembled a gun. But he didn't know how to shoot a gun, so he gestured to Melanie to hold the weapon.
Then he saw something that resembled a sharp knife! Exactly what he needed. Then he grasped Melanie's hand, and tugged her along. He kept to the shadows, while he moved. He saw Venus in trouble and sprinted over to her. He noticed the material and was slightly familiar with it. He began to use the sharp knife to - cut the material. "Shhh." He said to Venus.

Melanie watched him search for something in the tent. Before she knew it, she felt something cold and metallic. She wanted to get rid of it, but it could be useful. If it was a gun, it meant power. She followed to Venus, noticing that the net surrounded Venus again.
Then she observed the apes who were seemingly distracted.

Gone? Just like that? But how? Silas shook his head. Of course, another wrongful event. His hand gripped his forehead, shaking it side to side. He couldn't understand why all these occurrences began, other than Venus surfacing them. Also, Cobra, which didn't stun Silas. In honesty, he just wanted to return and take a long time before hunting.
Wait, Venus was caught, there's no way she could have done it? Though, she was skilled. He furrowed his brows, pondering in thought. Did she have help? What Gladiator would have help? So bizarre.
His fingers dropped from his face, peering down at Galen. "Uh, all? Even yours?" He sighed intently, clearly annoyed. "Either that albino is very skilled, or she had help. I guess I could go confront the pest. Besides she'd probably escape,I wouldn't put it past her." His head pivoted side to side. "That chain is metallic, but it has its weaknesses." He added, then walked off.
The net was heavy, and metallic, the tips drilled into the jungle surface. However, the tool was weak against excessively sharp blades.

Venus uselessly attempted to remove the hefty net, but the edges being drilled into the surface, ensuring there was going to be escape. She took a break, then noted Maxwell heading to her, and a girl? Oh, the familiar brunette. She pout as he aided. "Maxwell, there's no point, go scurry off or you and her will be caught again. " She stated, peering over at Melanie, where she spotted the gun. These humans are clueless on how things work. "You, there, don't aim that at humans, direct it down."

Maxwell found the blade getting dull and weak. He made a face at that and didn't want to leave his new friend behind. "But- there's got to be a way." He spoke softly and looked up and down. There was no escape and she was right. Get out or get caught. He knew she could take care of herself. He took the scalpels and handed it to her. "Scalpels." He said, hopeful that would do something to help her out in the long run.
Maxwell tapped Melanie on the shoulder and gestured to leave. He didn't want to leave her behind. But he had to for their survival. "Let's go. I know of a hiding place and no one will find us."

Melanie directed the gun down towards the ground. It was her first gun and she wasn't sure how to use it no less arm it. She'd have to figure it out without shooting herself first. Maxwell now looked troubled and it was clear he didn't want to lose Venus. He looked worried even, but Melanie knew something had to be done and they had to flee or else get caught again.
Melanie didn't want to get caught by Silas. The last time was horrid and she got punished. She shivered despite the heat. A strange realization came to her. Guns meant power. Then she heard what Maxwell said and she agreed. It wouldn't be long before the apes had all their mounts - together and they'd get caught. She readily agreed. They should leave.
"Wait. There was a way out of this net. The top?"
