Melanie's eyes widened and out of fear, she began to climb higher up in the tree. She didn't bother to look down as she kept climbing. She clung to a limb, eyes clenched close. She began to think of her sister and where she may be now.

Venus noted his vicious glare, darkened to a deadly scowl. He was intently ticked, especially at her. She observed with no fear, she was use to it for the years of fighting. The blade came dangerously close to her name. She rose her chin. "That's what my previous owner. Go ahead and do it, win." She stated as she was thrown. With swiftness, she bounced to a low cower and retrieved the blade. She heard the others around her. "Go ahead and be a coward, young gorilla, and not go after your precious catches." She snorted, tossing the Cocoa bean at Silas's kneecap to distract him, then lunged around his nape, bringing the blade close to his neck this time.

Silas, for a short moment, during the time Venus was gathering herself to a low, defensive position. He shot his cruel glower to the cocky, ape-raised human. It was very visible Maxwell was foolishly attacking the group by large beans, but with each of apes sizes, it would have been a very minor effect, not to mention raging the two.
"You admitted to attempted murder, foolish human. Placing you to possible death, depending on the choice of course. I really advise you to comply, that young ape doesn't put up with things anymore. He sure adapted to the trait."
The produce ruthlessly bashed into his sensitive kneecap, forcing him to bend over, grabbing his knee. "Ugh!" He rang out in infuriating pain. Before he was able to react in savage attack, a cold blade was threatening his neck.
He snorted, forcing himself to remain motionless. "Well played, mutt." He growled. He didn't plan to throw her off with the metal dangerously close to his neck.

"I didn't attempt any murder of any ape. I knocked him unconscious and took his hand. But not before cauterizing his wound." Maxwell said. "Fine. Go ahead, gorilla. I welcome death over getting charged with attempted murder. You've no clue what they do in Central City."

"I do come from Central City and if you think I'm rough, you are mistaken. I'm not that bad. The President and his council are ruthless. You don't want to deal with them for attempted murder or harming another ape. You would rather deal with me than them. Trust me, young human. You don't know what you're doing. You listened to a renegade human believing that we're harming humans. We're just trying to help you." He was attempting to brainwash him into believing they were doing things for their own good. "The both of you would live longer with us than out there."
One of the gorillas moved his gun and fired a warning shot towards one of the humans in the tree, missing her by mere inches.

Melanie screamed as the gorilla fired mere inches from her. She crawled further towards the tree's center.

Galen saw Venus holding a knife to Silas and simply aimed his gun to her head. "Clever human. Now drop the knife or I'll drop you. I don't mess around." His butt end of his gun dug right into her head.
And another group of gorillas surrounded them. "Give up, dog. You have no where to go. Nor can you take all of us on." His backup arrived. "You tried to fool us once. But not this time."

Rowan noticed the standoff and shook his head. This time, being a human handler would pay off. He was normally gentle and sweet to all the animals. But this ticked him off. He hadn't been seen for a while. He may have been on a break or had gone into the city for a trial. But returning to the camp, he found Maxwell, Melanie, refusing to leave the tree they were in.
He walked closer to the human and knocked her right out. "Don't mess around with these heartless dogs. Just knock them out!"
He glanced up at the two humans in the tree. "The female one is stuck. The male is not."

Venus slowly turned her head, scowling down at Galen, who, she attacked long ago, and he, a pain in her schemes. She winced, disgusted by the low move Galen did. She shifted her wince into a small smirk. "He wanted a fight, I provided one back." She snarled, then noted a familiar ape in her side view. Oh, yes Rowan, the ape she knocked cold. "You fooled yourselves out." She added before she observed Rowan coming closer. Before he struck her, she whipped the blade away tossing it Rowan to impale him

Rowan dodged the blade as it was thrown to him. He glared at the other human, seemingly to be a smart one at that. She was trained. He landed on the ground and pressed a button on his waist, sending a signal to her shock collar. Had she forgotten about it? "You forget one thing, doggo." He smirked. "I have a universal transmitter to the collar around your neck and I would advise you to obey."

One of the gorillas shouldered his gun and began to climb up the tree. He snatched Maxwell and carried him over his shoulder. Then he knocked him out. The other human would be dealt with as well.
"Be careful with mine!" He ordered, trying to regain control of the situation.
Melanie was then snatched and both humans were tied up. Hands bound, legs bound, and since they couldn't move- they wouldn't get far. Now there was just Venus. They would have fired their guns if not for Silas in the way. It would result in a death. The only option they would have was all three would have to go through a trial and that meant accessory to the crime. "These two are accessories to a crime." One the guards announced. "They should go to trial along with that one. If she murdered her owner, it's by law she gets tried."
Galen wanted Melanie. But he had to obey the law. "Take the two of them to the city! Less likely to try anything there."
Without further ado, three guards took the two humans, mounted steeds, and rushed to the city.
Meanwhile, they had to deal with Venus.

Venus hoped the blade would impale, but skillfully, Rowan dodged the soaring blade. The sudden jolt pierced her neck into harsh, reminding shocks into her nervous system to provoke more pain. She yelped, forcing herself to release. Oddly, it didn't travel to Silas, as it was designed to only shock the victim. She collapsed on the surface, gripping her neck in pulsating pain. She recalled how the last time was brought to a reminder. She didn't attempt anything, at that point. She noted the blade not far, a good electric channel. Also listening, and slightly observing the escalating scene over. As they all were distracted, Venus rolled over as the pain increased, and grasped the blae, attempting to stab Rowan's foot to have the shock travel to him.

Rowan watched her writhe in pain and his finger hovered over the button to prove a point that they were still in control.
He glanced over to Galen. "Why I took the job of human handler."

Rowan noticed that and planted his foot onto her hand. "Now now, human...you're in pain, but the shock will continue until you stop this foolishness." He intensified the shocks to her neck. "The more you are defiant, the more pain will come to you." He was cold.

Maxwell became aware what was going on and fought. "No!" But then once on the ground, he was knocked to the ground. He found his legs being tied together.

Melanie also noticed that the gorilla was climbing up to get her. The poor girl revealed her weapon and pointed it at his head. "Don't you come near me, you big brute." Her hand wasn't shaking. Plus, she figured out the safety of the gun too. Be it a tranquilizer gun or a gun with bullets. It meant power.
"I've found this gun in a tent belonging to that deranged chimpanzee Cobra. My sister was there too. I want to find my sister and none of you will stop me."
Melanie fired a warning shot above the Gorillas' head..

Galen and the other gorillas were surprised. "Now where did you find that?" Then he heard what she found. "Cobra has your sister?"
The gorillas were about to fire their guns to end Melanie. "Stop!" Galen ordered. "

It wasn't the first, that cruel threat. As the pains to her neck increased, casually causing burns around her injured nape, she released the blade. She wasn't planning on giving in, however, that moment she forced herself to. She'd hope being under his boot had metallic fabric to unknowingly cause shocks to himself. The cruel shocks impaled intensely, some the levels she hadn't challenge against, yet.
