Maxwell wasn't aware of the hunt going on. The overlords in his village hadn't informed any of them. The village was very close to the hunting camp. He told some of the overlords that were guarding his village he was just going for a light stroll. The guards allowed him to look around and then they were called away.
Maxwell knew better than to leave the village's perimeter. He saw a beautiful sight and decided to sketch it, unaware that there were two apes nearby, possibly a third. He could hear the thundering hooves, but he was accustomed to it. He took his charcoal and began to sketch.

Venus heard the upcoming hooves and knew it was a hunter driven to catch. Frantically she surveyed around her surroundings, seeking something to draw or force the swiftly approaching steed behind. She spotted an upcoming tree, low enough to knock someone off. She removed a few strands of her white hair and shoved it into a bag onto the side of the horse. She knew it was going to hurt, but she gripped the massive limb. "Ooo." She winced intently as her body was jerked, causing the inner injuries to sprawl out. After, she climbed high, as Silas galloped by. Is her objective done? Very unlikely, she wanted to free those two girls.

Silas hadn't expected Venus to dismount the stolen horse in a deadly move, he'd assume she would proceed in maneuvering the steed in attempts to escape the swift horse of Silas'. However, he wasn't aware she had, as he was a great distance behind. Venus's strong scent remained, and he foolishly chased after the free horse, unaware of Venus in the trees above.
Also noting that Rowan and Galen had not trailed either, he was pondering if they either got lost, gave in, or discovered something more intriguing. Unless deaf, what kind of human would remain around after the intense rumbling of multiple horses? He didn't believe it was a foolish human, nor deaf, but a large cat.
Silas eased his stallion to reserve some energy if he required another boost, knowing he could easily track the girl on the large mount. As he continued, the scent remained, unless he got nearer. If the stolen steed did slow its rapid pace, then Silas would detect the suspicion. Horses that are already galloping wouldn't slow down for awhile.

Galen sensed a human, but perhaps his nose was playing tricks on him. "Let's return. It could be a cat eating a human." He suggested to Rowan. They swung their horses back to where they had been. They caught another scent of their comrade, Silas and Venus. The both of them urged their horses forward. "We smelled another human and believe a cat got him."

Venus sat on a vast tree limb, observing Silas bolt away as she planned. Hey scent was placed on that horse to draw him further and away. She was stunned she was successful. After, she rested against the hunk of the massive tree, then she heard other rumbling. She dropped her head, sighing. Do they ever give in. She silently climbed to behind the tree to hide.

They both found no trace of any human. They looked around for Silas, not noticing that the human was nearby.
Rowan looked around for Silas. "Silas?"

Cobra flinched his eyelids, rolling his eyes. He walked over, gently tapping her left shoulder. "Now, now, young one, your ribs will not puncture." He removed his hand, mischievously grinning. "Because, it would of already by me carrying you, and dropping you."
He glanced behind him, ensuring there was behind him. He gathered another needle from his bag. He bounced the end onto his other hand. "Soon, you won't worry."

Venus nibbled strongly in her lip, causing a little blood to emerge. For once she was anxious with the two hunters down below. She caressed the blade she stole from the horses' saddle bag. She stopped nibbling, laying her head against the tree, wincing occasionally from the pain. She'd hear other quiet noises not that far off. Maybe a human?

Carol felt another surge of adrenaline and knew that if she tried to flee, he'd jab her. She didn't like the sound of that and he looked like he was ready to jab someone, but she wasn't sure. She wanted to flee badly. But there was only one way to leave and that was through him. He was guarding the tent flap.

After awhile through the thicket, Silas noticed the swift horse gradually eased the long galloping. In time, Silas had noted this stud didn't consist of any rider. He gritted his fangs, yanking the horse to a hard stop, nearly falling forward.
"Gah! Brilliant creature!" He hollered out, fury dripping into his deep voice. His head swiftly jerked side to side. "Grah!" He grumbled, loudly. He couldn't be was this brightly fooled! He should of deepened his senses.
The fumed ape pulled the reins to the side, shifting the horse completely around. Once around, he kicked the sides of the horse, initiating a hard gallop. Bashing various of jungle ground parents, leaping over a few ditches and fallen trees.
Silas would whip his sight around, trying to detect a visible pale creature. As he kept retracing his tracks, he's ears were perked. Barely, he heard the voice of an ape, uncertain if it we'd Galen.

Galen looked around for the albino, but couldn't seem to locate her. He called out for Silas in case he was lost in the jungle. "Silas."
He hoped Silas wasn't too far and he probably found the albino. Both Rowan and Galen sat on their horses, hearing hoofs.

Silas gently pulled the reins, signaling the large stallion to slow his pace. As the horse softly trotted, Silas drifted his eyes different directions, seeking for the voice that called his name. He didn't think it was Galen, but the tone of the call was young. The only ape he could think who it was, either being Rowan and Galen. But, Rowan was occupied back at the encampment.
Soon, he was more focused on the tone, than seeking out the albino. He believed that in little time, the human would show or her scent would be around. It seemed humans enjoy lingering around new things to them, as it's their nature, and curiosity filling over.
Eventually, Silas caught the figure of Galen as his steed traveled slowly through. "Ah, Galen, I didn't think you were near." He cheerily smiled, continuing to slow his horse to a light walk. "What you doing out here? I'd expect you and Rowan back at camp, or trailing a large animal." His eyes swiftly wandered. "I got fooled by that pale human." He grimaced.

Galen sighed in relief. "Oh...I never leave my partner behind. Maybe we'll find that albino again later." He suggested. "She's probably hiding."

Silas released the reins, reaching back to scratch his head. "I guess we could, Galen." He sighed, peering around for a little while longer. He sighed, looking down at Rowan, then Galen. "The issue is, is having her be on the run, she's likely to kill other hunting apes." He bounced his eyes between the two apes. "Do you not recall what she did with you? Galen?"
He grasped his reins, glancing up at the tree. "If she's near, we would detect her scent." His palm rose. "However, since you want to continue, we shall return. We can fetch her later, that's if she's still around." his hand rose. "WHy would humans remain in the same area? They won't, just like any other animal." He chuckled.
His horse gently turned by his command. "Rowan, did you want to return? Because, it seems Galen wants to, and I'm not leaving him. However, you're more than welcome to remain behind. I mean, you haven't even got a human. Silly Bartu, not waiting until you had one before heading back. Unless you changed your mind."

Galen thought. "I don't want to go back, but it's getting late. Humans like her, may return to free those other humans." He said.
Rowan spoke up. "Bartu returned because he had a 'rambunctious' human. I suggested we return to the camp and go back out. Besides, I don't always have to have a human right away."
