"Shove them into the rings when you get them?" Maximus asked. "If you can find them and get them. But- it's highly unlikely that they will be found in this city. There are many hiding places a human can hide. Including the least visited areas of the city that light will not touch." He shifted his cold eyes to Silas.
"Don't forget. You're a guest in this country and fall under our laws." He warned.
He noted Arnie's silence which was a good thing. He knew when to keep quiet. "As for protection, this young ape-raised man is needing it."

Arnie maintained his silence, listening to the apes talk. For a moment or two, he was growing concerned. There was a 'pit' of something weighing heavily in his stomach. He didn't know whether it was nerves, or because he was just uneasy. He hoped they wouldn't notice anything about the way he was looking and politely interrupted.
"Excuse me, please?" He interrupted them politely. "But can this wait until later?" He was looking a little different than before. If they ignored him, they wouldn't notice the pink flush to his cheeks.

The patrol rose his hands, with a slight pound to his fist. "Hey, hey! Those humans are fugitives! You can't simply take them and shove them into your rings!" He called out, then peers over to Maximus. "Am I wrong? Or do they go to their owners first, then trail?" He questions. "You know better then I do."
He smirks, shifting his head. "Uh, it really doesn't matter, Silas. The point here is if this human is innocent or not. With the lack of evidence, I agree, he is free to go." He sighs, releasing Arnie from the table. "I'm not sure what council Maximus wants to be done. He says above all, here." He mentions, "whether at your manner, or?"

"They go directly to the Tribunal for sentencing." He admitted. "As per orders of the president."
He noted the human being released. "He requires a transport to his home. I do not want this human to be alone."
Then he said, "You also have another human in custody and his name is Aaron. When will he be released?"

Silas draws from the wall, casually walks around the large table. "So, if they are found they're automatically sent to the Tribunal," he repeats in his own way. "But, as you mentioned, there are likely in the forest, that's if they're alive," he rose a finger. "Don't one of them have a chip, like internally?" he asks.
He peered over, greeting Maximus's cold stare. It didn't even falter him. Just like Kratos, he didn't fear another council member. Doesn't mean he won't disrespect them, just, possibly provoke. He doesn't provoke until there is physical violence. Nope, just a little jab to the nerves.
His head shook, stopping in place. "No, no, council member Maximus, I'm a resident here now. If I wasn't I wouldn't be owning part of the rings, now will I?"
"Actually, patrol, it does matter because those two are involved with it," he reminds, looking down at Arnie. "I agree with you there, the lack of evidence, but I can't make the decision," he plainly states. He looks back at the guard. "I'd choose another," he winks before walking out.

Maximus nodded, "But I believe it has a limit. If they fall out of the limit, it will be hard to trace." He admitted to Silas. "One of them has a tag which can be traced easily by a device. It gives out some information like whether ape-raised or pet. It helps keep the humans in our city. Some are even owner tags. The tag will have an owner name."
