Maxwell heard some things and being in the 'Jungle'. The 'jungle'? He would explore to find where he lived. He didn't discuss anything about his life. It was all fractured and confusing. But he had a feeling he'd find more answers than questions. The name Bella was familiar and someone he had to have known.
He was able to speak and figured, "Bella's my guardian when Norrix wasn't around." Well, that was what he believed. "Where's Bella. I miss her and Norrix." He also found he couldn't move much- not since the neck device left. Why? He didn't know why or what happened.
He hated not being able to move the rest of his body.

Venus listens to Cobra. Escape and survival? She didn't remember doing that sort of thing in the jungle. Her memories and mind was going whack from the constant lies and wrongs. The truth was fading and slightly returning. She grimaces when she was forced apart from Maxwell again. She yelps for him, "no! Maxwell!" She tries to uselessly fight it. Upon hearing Cobra's cruel words only caused anxiousness. Forget? That can't be good.

Maxwell panicked as Venus was rolled out. "No..please...don't take her away." He was begging and trying to fight the restraints. It seemed he had forgotten that he was still- in the position he could not fight it- "Please no.." He was aware of his situation. It seemed useless to even try. His memories were turning into fractures, messed up bits and pieces. Maybe he was trying to fight the implanted memories. There was no way he would use those implanted new memories.

Valhalla knew that the humans would panic and she wasn't really- experimented on now. He just watched his human, with amusement. "You're foolish." He said to Venus. "Foolish to believe I would harm you." He didn't remove the restraints as she would try to escape. He'd have to sedate her and place her into the field with Maxwell.
As Valhalla input some information on a computer, he began to retrieve the active collar's information. He saw she was a gladiator. Maybe he could try to recreate or convince her that she was never a gladiator. He knew that most humans resisted changes. He would have to try, like Cobra is. He grasped a halo device and placed it on her head. The little needles piercing her forehead and the computer gave a beep, as readings were sent through the halo device. It revealed everything about her vitals and a portion of her memories that were half of the jungle and what she did in the gladiator rings. He dealt with her gladiator ring memories and cruel life to that of a peaceful jungle, living her life out in the jungles, meeting Maxwell, and becoming excellent lab experiments. He implanted them just like Cobra."

She grimaces, glowering over at Valhalla. Not pleasing at his 'bluff'. She would shift her head side to side, but it was forced to remain still. She had no movement she could perform. "You lie, you harmed both of us out in those jungles." Then she growls after the device dressed her head.
The memories he would forge out her mind, even the deepest section that she seemed to forget. Her at a very young age, being carried by her mother then a gunshot was heard. Her mother and she collapsed. After the memories continued. It would view her small age being forced to becoming a gladiator, then slaying her owner.
Understanding what's been occurring in her mind, she taught at the memories that have been falsely implanting. The mind was a powerful organ. It refused to give up all the memories, the ones that were 'burned' in memory. It did remove some of her gladiator memories, but not all. Her main life until adulthood was merciless fighting.

"Oh did I?" Valhalla asked, peering into her face. "You tried to harm us first with your foolish attempts of escape." He grinned maliciously. "And since you're now in the labs, I can pretty much make you do whatever I want." He added coldly. "And there's nothing you can do about it."
As soon as he viewed her gladiator memories, he knew she carried a hatred for apes because they shot her mother. "And it isn't my fault that your mother was shot and you were forced to become a gladiator at a young age." He didn't want her to blame him for that. He did not kill her mother or her father. He shifted the memories of her mother being shot. This would create hatred towards those who were trying to help her. He was considering what memory to give her. There were no memories of going past that trauma. It was scarred. Burned in her memory. He went by it. "The ape in question was tried and hung for the result of harming you long-term." He didn't have to plant that memory. Her mind wasn't accepting the new ones he was giving.

"Wrong!" she calls out as he was distracted by his boasting ego. "You interfere with our scurrying," she hisses as he drew very near, still occupied. She reaches for the closets sharp object and jabs him harshly into the side. When he rolled her in, perhaps he wasn't aware where he placed as she was near some 'harmful' objects. After she tried to reach for a button on Valhalla to release the restraints. If she succeeded, she hopes Maxwell will succeed, well if not, she will hep him.

Valhalla chuckled. "Scurrying? You humans are always scurrying and attempting to make things worse for yourselves." He shook his head. "If I didn't study science, you humans here would be 'sicker' than you would believe. The sterility plague has limits." He didn't believe that it was some lie either. "A few humans are immune which is good in your case."
He wasn't counting on her jabbing him harshly on the side and felt the solution of something injected into his bloodstream. His eyes widened because he didn't know if it were his own infection or his own cure. He gasped for air and fell to the floor, the tools on the tray clattering loudly to the floor.

Venus clenches harshly, speaking inbetween her teeth. "We were evading you and your kind! Worse for us? Look where we're at now! How is this worse?!" She snorts, "that's just an excuse to keep going."
That loud clatter can't be good. Alerting others, yikes. Once he fell, she would fight the restraint or seek a button. Once free, she removes the painful devices, even creating a headache. "Uh," she clutches her head. Soon, she returns to escape. She needed to, that scientist would not be happy. She stumbled out, going to the next room, hoping to find Maxwell. Her mind was aching with scattered memories, not quite sure on what's going on.

Cobra eases to a full stop, listening to loud clattering in the nearby room. Well, Valhalla was present in there with Venus. What could happen? Venus is strapped down along with Maxwell. So there really shouldn't be any issues. For a moment Cobra returns to work, then paused. "Well.." he shook his head.
He evades from Maxwell, then exits out. Once he was out, Venus was too. Cobra had no weapon, just his brutish strength. His hand rose, while the other quietly was retrieving a shot. He brought his hand to his lips. "Initiate a lockdown on level three, sector twenty. Contaminated experiments on the loose," he lies.
"Now, Venus no need to act on this. I mean, you're in awful shape."

Maxwell may have been so 'confused' by his jumble of memories- some were not making any sense to him. Even as he blinked, confusion continued to line his face. Then clarity. He was beginning to believe that some memories were making sense to him. Some. Not all. He was breathing and not really talking much.
Then he heard a loud noise and winced as his head was starting to feel 'pain'. It was coming from the helmet. How he wished it'd be gone? Then Cobra left...and he was alone. This would be a perfect time to try to get out. He noticed that his hands were free, so he began to feel around for a button. He managed to feel two. One would release, one would probably alert. Hopefully, the first one was the release one. Second one usually was usually more likely the alert button. Wait! What if the first one was the alert and the second was the release? Alert would be easier to reach and the second one usually released? What did he know about labs?! Wait! He wasn't brought up in a lab and if he did, he'd know which button was which. He took a chance and pressed the second button with the tip of his finger. Releases were always out of reach. Then the restraints were released and he was free. He sat up, removing the painful helmet from his head. He gasped as instant relief came and the assault of memories stopped! He slid off the table and walked to the door, although a little unsteady. His limbs were rubbery, but he needed to get out of this situation. He grunted, rubbing his head.

Valhalla groaned as his head pounded. What the hell hit him? He blinked noticing the ceiling and the cold floor. He blinked several times, clearing his vision. It must have been one of those terrible drugs he used on the human. He slowly sat up and rubbed his head. "Humans!" He would have shaken his head no, but his head was in no shape or form to take that kind of a pounding. He continued to rub his head and sensed that Venus had left. He could faintly sense her. But not in the room.
He was overcome with rage and growled. "Stupid humans!" He unsteadily stood up and nearly fell. He was so unsteady and needed to wait to regain his balance. He was leaning against the table.
