Aaron was heading to Zeke's house on foot. He enjoyed walking which gave him a lot of exercise and made him happy. He could drive, but the thing is? He wasn't interested in a car or a truck. He would rather walk or ride his bicycle around certain city parts. Zeke didn't live that far from the city anyway and he was probably not home. That didn't mean his door wasn't open to him. He had a key to the house, since he was a child. Many houses the apes lived in didn't have his fingerprint. Zeke's did and that's where he was going to.
He hoped zaius wouldn't be too mad at him for intervening in Scooter's case. The poor human hadn't even done anything wrong in his eyes except protecting his family from the apes. He didn't believe that Scooter was a renegade.
It still didn't add up to him. Why were most humans treated like scum while others were treated fairly? Should he call Zephram? Should he go that far? He wasn't sure.

Out of the blue, a massive, tall gorilla leapt in front of him. Quietly another came behind. Swiftly, Aaron's head was draped into a bag, then his wrists were bound in tough fabric.
His body was rested on a bulky shoulder, being one of the ape kidnappers. It would be a long time until he was 'free'. He was placed on his feet, with everything withdrawn. He was present in Zaius's office.
"You disappoint me, Aaron, immensely. You crossed me and my 'work'!" He fires a finger, snarling. "You've broken rules you've probably ignored. So, you're not a teen, you're an adult. Who needs to be punished like any other young adult ape." His head shakes. "Apprenticeship..."

While Aaron was accustomed to many apes, including gorillas...he knew something was up when one of them leaped in front of him. His heart quickened as he was taken from behind...and a 'bag' was draped over his head, blocking out sunlight, and it was not easy to free his wrists. They were bound with a tough fabric.
He grunted as he his body was resting on a bulky shoulder. He could feel his heart racing, because he had heard of some kidnappers taking humans to the Shadow Market and selling them. He was partially in fear as it was a long time.
Then the bag and bounds were removed. He blinked as the light was 'harsh' to his eyes and he didn't recognize Zaius' office. It was not a good thing when Zaius spoke. It made him even more nervous as he was about to be punished like every other adult ape? He was 18, but hadn't been an adult for a whole year. How would he know how to act like an adult? He didn't know if he was being fair or not. He was silent as he pondered his apprenticeship once again. Maybe it was a mistake.

He rolls his head, then gripped his chin, shaking his head. "Very, very disappoint me. I was hoping there would be 'goodnes' and 'ruling'." he muffles. He steps back, sitting down. He reaches out grasping the chair that Aaron was sitting down. Harshly he grips his scruffy chin. "You ticked me off. If we have a chance to finding where any Renegades are, we take it!" he backed slapped him. "Bah...useless."

Aaron wasn't really talking, letting him 'talk'. There were many thoughts in his head that he had really made a wrong mistake. It especially hurt when his face was slapped. He didn't know apprentices were 'slapped silly' for being compassionate and caring. His guardian taught him that. Plus, he was not a council member, so why slap him? His face stung and he refused to show any tears because it would be a weakness. When he would leave, he would. But not now.
Then being called 'useless' struck a nerve. He was never called 'useless' before. He was always useful. He not once considered that a council member would ever strike him...or call him useless. His voice came out strained. "Well, maybe I am."
Then he pushed himself out of the chair and ran for the door. As long as those gorillas didn't try to stop him, he could run. It wasn't fair that he was getting back handed and it seemed he was angered just because he was human!

Two guards easily grasp the young ape-raised human before he even reached the door. One released him by the arm, the other took the arm, rolling them behind his back. One massive paw grapples both arms, forcing him to remain still.
Zaius amusingly chuckles, walking over to Aaron. "Oh, Aaron, I was not done with you." He firmly growls, gripping the human's chin. "Don't run off. I do not like being ignored or cut off," his growl goes colder. "why do you fil to view the truth over your silly beliefs?" His head shakes. "It sounds like you like defending our centires-old foe.."

Aaron never felt intimidation from any ape. Gorillas weren't always intimidating to him. He got along with a gorilla as a friend. He didn't know that orangutans were so intimidating. He was also not comforted by the fact that everything he was doing was so wrong and he wasn't ignoring him. He wasn't even aware of what he said about being totally useless.
Aaron felt his chin being gripped as he was told not to run off. Well, he wanted to avoid confrontations and provoking. It only made things worse for his position. Besides his silly views weren't that silly. Zeke taught him differently and didn't say he couldn't treat all animals, regardless of species with respect. The council member was starting to make him feel so useless and horrible. A horrible ape-raised human. Aaron also found himself not really speaking. It was as if he spoke, he'd get backhanded or smacked around. He kept his mouth shut.
