Maxwell wheezed as he was pulled by the collar and bound to some random horse. He didn't understand what Silas meant and if he was going to be dragged, he'd not be keeping up. He was awfully silent throughout the whole time.

"Showing dominance to Venus may be a good idea. I saw Cobra do it to a young woman he just bought. I don't know if it worked or not. He smacked the cage." Rowan answered.
"Those two are like peas in a pod. Always doing things together and are being influenced by the albino. The only thing I can think of is? Separating them or blindfolding them." He suggested. "Or that."

Galen was surprised to hear Melanie call him for help. So, she knew? "I will not help you." He shook his head. "You have to learn one way or another. Defiance leads to punishment. The more you defy, the more punishment you receive." He spoke to them both. "If you won't learn now, you won't learn at all. You both should be ashamed of yourselves for believing a gladiator. And doing what you're both doing."

Figuring Maxwell or Melanie were observing their surroundings, Venus attempted to draw their attention by her eyes, and with movements. After containing their sights, Venus motioned her head down where either of the two could easily hang one of his gear to the nearby horses, especially as he was occupied with Rowan. Her head jerked to get the horse to bolt, if they succeeded.

Maxwell seemed to be the one paying attention. He saw what Venus was doing and because he was distracted, he could probably get the horse to bolt. They were both slowly using the chance while Silas was distracted. He began to gesture to Melanie about what Venus may be indicating.

Melanie noted the gestures and saw that Maxwell noted wrong. She shook her head and tied Silas to the horse by his armor. Then smacked the horse into action, draging Silas with it.

Now he understood. Dragging Silas instead of them! It would work! He smirked and watched Melanie work quickly.

Galen reacted quickly as Silas was dragged by the horse. Being dragged by the horse was dangerous and would make Silas peeved off at the two humans.
The hunters grabbed Maxwell first and heaved him onto a horse, binding him, and blindfolded him. Then they grabbed Melanie and bound her on a horse. Then they blindfolded her.
Galen managed to stop the horse.

Both Melanie and Maxwell chuckled at his misfortune. They did attempt to free Venus..but there was no way to open the cage! Not without an ape hand. They probably should have left when they did because their chuckles died down when they were both grabbed by hunters, bound to horses, and then blind-folded. Melanie couldn't see and tried to get out of her binds. It was so hard. She only knew that she was in for a heap of trouble. Well, it was worth seeing Silas get dragged.

Rowan used a pole which would prevent Venus from trying to hurt him. Another ape guard pushed her out from behind. Then Rowan tied her up to a horse, then blind folded her. This way she couldn't see and direct the other humans.

Silas was bounding the two humans to the apes' steed to have them ruthlessly dragged through the jungle floor. Smacking into protruding roots and scratchy shrubs. He glanced over at Rowan as he continued on the final knot. He didn't mind placing an opinion after another seek advice. He smirked, glancing once at the two frightened humans then over to Rowan.
His head shook, pausing for a moment, responding, "that albino is some human that's been an issue to every hunter in the camp, and with Maxwell easily brainwashed to help." He snorted, returning to the ties. "Do what you wish, but I would definitely walk her until she's exhausted, once she is, allow her to drag. I have two others that are going to get a thrill."
All it took was being in depth with the conversation with Rowan, and he was once again fooled by two humans. Two humans that decoded Venus, and tended to her vicious scheme. Without warning, Silas forcefully smacked his back on the moisten, slick surface. His fur gained clumps of mud to growing scratches and bruises. These humans were going to pay.

Melanie wiggled from her binds and found it easy to slip them. She also freed Maxwell from his. Then she took off her blindfold. The apes were attempting to help Silas. The apes thought they were stupid and dumb humans. Melanie was smart at decoding what Venus did very well. She gestured to Venus. But she knew they'd have to leave. Maxwell included. They just couldn't stay around in an ape caravan. "Go. Max." She urged. "I'll free Venus or try to."

Max well wouldn't let her go alone. No! He shook his head. "In this together." He whispered. "We're in this together. We get divided-" Then he recalled something strategically possible. They could not chase them all. If Silas was that angry, splitting up would be the best idea. BUT: He didn't care about Melanie much! All he was using her was was a punching bag! "No. You go. He doesn't care about you. He cares about his Gladiator and seeing me hung. You go. You're completely innocent." He spoke into her ear. "Go. Please! Run! They're coming."

Venus would attempt to attack Rowan as it was a possibility to actually escape once again. But she really didn't fight. She listened to Silas's option, and didn't think Rowan actually would. Binding to the horse, would believe otherwise. Sure block her senses, but hearing is a good tool. She listened to the commotion and Rowan near. Once he was close enough, she leaped up, performing a swing kick to his cheek.

He didn't really know that Venus would have one more kick to deliver and it hit him right in his cheek. He growled in pain and it barely knocked him down. Enraged, he dealt a swift backhand to Venus---
