Phoenix observed from a fair distance. He was not going to the apes to do anything. Just only a suggestion or request. It wasn't his place either. Just being helpful between the two species.
At first they didn't seem to care, and it disappointed him. Why would they allow free humans to roam with them? Knowing they had already caused so much issues. However he didn't apply anything else and would leave. Seeing they didn't want to and would go forth.
As they finally agreed, Phoenix furled his arms smiling. He looked over at Rowan. "She's a Gladiator, they are known to be one of the most feral type of human. Now, don't get me wrong there are humans just that way after getting captured." He added. Then, he peered over to the two apes. "At times it is 19, but humans are known to leave their domains from ten to fifteen. Quite young, yes. But by the time they're seventeen to eighteen they'd be more adult."
He carefully walked to the cage Venus was in, and gently jabbed her with a pole, injecting a sleep serum. "That's enough. You'll only harm yourself more," he mischievously smiles. "I'm sure I don't need to do it to the others?"

Rowan looked over to Maxwell and Melanie. "I'm sure Melanie wouldn't give you any trouble. I'm not sure about Maxwell because there are reports that he attempted to murder a gorilla. But the young human there is too - weak to even think of it. We have to take the three into the Tribunal."
Rowan wondered. "What I don't understand is why a young human such as her would act like a child around us. I also believe that she's developed a rapport or a protecting bond to Galen. She acts like she was mistreated by an alpha human."

"If Esmeralda was here, she could confirm that. She may have known both Carol and Melanie. We had caught four humans. One of them mysteriously disappeared and we don't know where she is." Galen said in response to Rowan's answer.
"I don't think my human would try anything funny! She's fallen into this cage and hasn't really attempted to squeeze through the bars or anything. I don't believe she'd need sedation unless her wounds are deeper than they appear." Galen was no doctor or vet. So he could only assume she had some bruises and cuts. There could be more in depth injuries he didn't know about.
He watched Phoenix take care of Venus first with a sleep serum.

Venus smirked listening to Rowan's obvious response. "Of course I'll keep going, until I'm free." She mentions, slightly coming closer. "Mmm, miserable or pleasant? Bah even if I did, I'd still get miserable. You apes only punish because you don't want to be run over by humans. Sadly, some are so intuned by their pets, their wits deplete, and allow the pet to gradually gain control." She smirks, stepping back. She noted Phoenix coming around the corner. How could you miss that vibrant coat? She acted to keep her sights on Rowan, but focused on the corner of her view as well. She waited until the right moment. Then she hastily grasped the pole trying to haul it in as Phoenix drew it in.

Rowan wasn't about to use the shock collar on her. Why? Because he wanted to prove he wasn't so 'barbaric' to humans. Not since Phoenix was here. He could handle Gladiators? Hopefully. Rowan shook his head. "Which is why you'll bleed to death if you don't stop your foolish behavior, human." He mentioned to Venus.
"If you continue to fight, then you'll get a part of your neck the vets call a carotid artery." He warned.
He heard some of the cages' vets say something about being careful around the carotid artery.

Once Phoenix arrived, but paused at the group. Silas stopped, figuring to wait on returning. This vet didn't seem to control others, or try like Bartu. He gently approaches the ape, wanting to aid the relentless humans. But the three seemed wore down. Silas was there too, exhausted and drained. His temper had completely faded.
Silas remains in the shadows, observing the apes react to each other. At first the three apes didn't want to take Phoenix's advice, as it was bright. Why didn't he shove the humans in the cages? How foolish.
Suddenly, a dart pierced the side of Venus as he strolled out from a few tall shrubs. "That's enough. I'm not going to lose either of you three, we all worked hard to lose any." He snorted. He reloaded and fired at Melanie and Maxwell. "You don't want to risk it at all. The three need to rest anyhow."

Melanie crawled to the other side of the cage to wait her turn. It wasn't until she sensed Silas return, but by now she was already too exhausted to give any care. All she knew was she was starting to despise all the apes. Then he fired something in her direction. Not having any time to react, she tried to shield herself from the dart that was fired in her direction.

Galen leaped in front of the dart, taking it in his chest. "You didn't have to shoot them." He said, falling to his knees and slumping onto the ground, in front of Melanie's cage.

By the time Galen had leaped in the way of the shot, Silas had already loaded it and fired once again. He wanted these humans out, even if it meant holding them down and jabbing a syringe. He honestly didn't want anymore trouble, so he used the excuse of them hurting themselves more.
After, he strolls over to Galen as he gradually falls. "You must have a weak resistance against this serum. It takes three times the chemical to knock and ape, and that dosage would force a coma." He mentions, peering around.
His eyes spotted Phoenix. "I'm sure you're aware of that." he whispers, walking to the front of the steeds. "We should get a move along."

Maxwell didn't even have the strength to even move. The dart hit his leg and he right away pulled it out, so it wouldn't work so fast. He hadn't made any motion to do any thing but sit and wait his turn. He wasn't a stupid human. But then again, he was lying against the bars of the cage. It wouldn't be a smart move to shoot him with sleep darts. Not while he was just sitting there- watching Phoenix.
There was nothing planned and he wasn't even hungry or thirsty, despite all the running he did with Melanie. It didn't matter anyway.

Galen pulled out the dart and tossed it to the ground. He rolled his eyes at that. Then the dart hit Melanie square in the chest. "A coma? Are you crazy? That'd kill her instead." He went on to say.

She was lying there watching. But not doing anything. It hit her chest and she found herself drifting into a deep dark sleep. She heard something about being put into a coma before drifting fully out.

Before giving Venus the serum, Phoenix responded to Galen's information. "Now, now, always be prepared for the actions of a human, as they are unpredictable." He brightly states, looking back to Rowan. "Mistreated? That's not uncommon. Most packs of humans run like a wolf pack." He quietly adds.
"Missing? Now, is this your entire hunting group? If you're missing any members, I'd go check on them." he suggests just as Venus grappled his pole.
He amusingly snickered, shaking his head. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. You humans are such silly creatures." He fired the needle into Venus. "Rowan be right."
Phoenix was too occupied by the pole before Silas had fired a dart. Then over to the other humans-he missed. Phoenix winced as Galen collapsed for a moment. He shook his head, waving a hand over. "Let's get the three to the city."
