Bartu Kratos zaius Maximus
Zephram couldn't believe that he would have to seek a the tribunals' decision regarding a human. It seemed the only way he was ever going to secure the human was through the council. He waited patiently, the files on the desks and in front of him. He rubbed his forehead, thinking about how the poor woman was doing in the vet's care.
He was sure that the council would arrive one by one. He wondered if Allie would remain with Phoenix or Serenity. She most certainly couldn't go to the cages because she was too rare. He hoped Bartu didn't kidnap and leave the city. That poor woman would go into further shock and possibly die from his brutality. Then he'd stuff her. The girl was not going to make if he got her.

Bartu gathered a few apes, including Rowan as he was a witness there, to defend him. He didn't care if he was late or not, but he unintentionally arrived earlier then most. He glanced around for his human. What's this, they're not even revealing the girl? Pathetic!

Zaius wasn't informed the details of the case, just a swift brief. He wasn't thrilled on defending a human for one of the apes that were a pain. However, he attended regardless as it was custom. He stroked the top of his head, observing around. Why can't they just throw the dog to the ape that caught it? So much easier, and this silly trial can't commence. He didn't care for rarity, a human is a human, and they're all the same in his eyes.

Serenity walked in with Allie. She was looking a little better, but it was evident she was on painkillers for her own pain. She wasn't under the influence of any heavy duty pain killer. It was more milder than the heavy duty use of the pain killer. It was still evident that Serenity had been nothing more than kind and more concerned for the pregnant human. She nodded respectfully to Zaius as he was the only one present right now. He wouldn't care about the pregnant human nor the human's rarity. If she could carry one, without the constant stress, she could carry another. The safety of the human was important. Choosing to sit near the human in a chair at the table- was a good idea. She simply didn't have the strength to do anything. Fortunately, walking helped. But the stress and fear she exhibited was clearly etched the humans' face. Even as she helped her into a waiting vehicle and going to the courtroom. Serenity peered over to Bartu, noticing a bunch of apes and including Rowan. Oh a witness? But what happened in the vet's office wasn't there. They waited for the rest to arrive. She wondered if phoenix was going to be present.

Allie had been intrigued by the city's sights and all, but she was so nervous that she had no idea what awaited for her. She entered alongside Serenity and took a seat next to her. She hadn't met any other ape other than Zephram and Serenity. Wasn't there another vet?
Allie took a look around and her eyes grew wide with fear. There- the gorilla that hurt her and her unborn child. She wanted to hide and curl up under the table. She couldn't help but tear her gaze away from the gorilla and his friends. Looking at the other in the courtroom-- she saw Zaius and he didn't look pleased to be there. She saw two other chairs and they were empty. She caught Serenity nodding slowly towards Zaius. Was that a form of respect to him? Well, she at least respected her elders of Tribune.
Allie considered doing the same thing so she found herself dipping her head like Serenity did. She was able to tell hierarchy from not. Nevertheless, she cast another look to Bartu. Was he going to holler here, too? At them here? If so, she'd be wanting out of there quickly as possible.
Allie saw a file on their table, but didn't bother to familiarize with it.

Maximus entered from a door to the side of the Tribunal Room. He took his seat by the middle seat. Kratos had yet to arrive so they were all waiting. As he looked around, he saw Bartu, a few of his apes, and Rowan. Naturally, gorillas stuck with gorillas and they were usually there to intimidate. Then he looked to the left and saw chimpanzees and a human.
Well, vets were always compassionate towards humans..but this human was a female. She was a wild human and his eyes coldly glanced at her before softening. She was casting looks of fear to the gorillas. Afraid. He glanced down at the file on his desk and began to look into it. He furrowed his brows, noticing that the human female was indeed rare, and giving birth was even rarer. He read Serenity's report. His eyes softened from their coldness. The human was probably in some form of pain and shouldn't be dragged around here like a common puppet.
He waited for Kratos and any other ape to arrive.

Rowan walked in with Bartu and his group. He had witnessed bits and pieces of Allie's treatment. He could tell the council what he had witnessed. The human had been happy and free, not affected by Bartu at first. But then he noticed the in her face. She was afraid to go with Bartu. He'd run. That much was certain. He'd kidnap her and flee the city.

Kratos was casually summoned to the court to deal with another emergency case. He had a choice to avoid, and tend to other vital dealings, but from the distinctive, needed assistance, he decided to. Kratos doesn't always involve himself in every case, nor vital ones. His time is mainly influenced within his own walls.
Kratos smoothly approached the tallest stand, and lightly plummet into it. He grappled his alerting horn, then glimpsed down at both parties that had arrived. With his other paw, he skimmed through the detailed files. A light escaped, gently tapping the peak of the cube onto the desk.
"Tsk...tsk.." His head shook, then dropped the papers back down. He fired his eyes over at Bartu, gradually expanding a scowl. "Ah, now that everyone has come. Tribunal shall commence." He lightly shouted it, but not an unpleasant, but smooth. "Alright, Bartu, you're fighting over the rights to this human, is that correct?" He shot his eyes over to Zephram. "And this side is defending from you to keep her." His sights looked at Zephram. "Please explain why this ape shouldn't have her."

Zephram stood up, opening Serenity's reports. "This human was rushed into the Emergency Room by Serenity because she could not wait. The human in question suffered from an electric shock from a whip around her ankles, a smell of acrid river water, a light contusion to her face, and the loss of an unborn child. Serenity also gathered a verbal report from the human herself that she suspected that she may have been pregnant and felt sick in the mornings, but then the symptoms went away and the human went on to her normal life, never noticing that she was still pregnant. The human herself also mentioned that she was eating more than usual. As soon as the human gave birth, Serenity worked to keep her from losing any more blood and her recovery was a matter of importance. When the human was in her recovery cage and was recovering, Serenity went to tell her owner, Bartu, about how long it would take to recover. She listed that it would be at least 12 to 24 hours before she could be released. She went ahead and told him that she submitted a report as well based on the findings she found as that is her duty to report anything and to report all the new humans should they examine them. Bartu, lost his temper, intimidating Serenity, circling around her, and creating almost a chaotic event within the vet's office. His temper is less than to be desired. And he has shown aggression and hatred towards Chimpanzees, calling them out on their compassionate care. Phoenix was made aware and he also intervened. Bartu has shown no signs of being a caring owner based on his words regarding to a healing human.
"Serenity ushered guards into the vet's office to prevent Bartu from kidnapping the human. The human is in no shape to do any type of 'service' or should remain in an environment that is stable. Also, a female that has been able to carry is rare and not normal. A stable environment is more important to her well-being and mental health."

Serenity listened to Zephrams' statement. She was slightly worried that she would lose the human. Would the council listen or let her go to her owner. She hoped that it wasn't her fault. She was only after the humans' well-being. Glancing over to Allie to see what she was thinking.

Allie watched the largest orangutan enter and take his seat. He seemed to be the one in charge and she turned a little wan from his overall size. Actually, she wished she was with her husband. She leaned against the table, both hands on the table, and standing up seemed to feel a lot better.
"Those chairs are the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I ever had to sit on." She spoke to Serenity.

Bartu rubbed his forehead, quietly snorting to himself, but apes had excellent hearing. He smirked, listening to the ape over Human Affairs plaster the worse of the worse to have the council on Zephram's side. Not to mention the 'exaggerated' a few things, to Bartu's perspective that is. He didn't mind being glowered at by the President, wasn't the first either. Why don't you apply the 'drowned' her too! Make it really juicy. His eyes rolled. Don't forget the very dark threats too, just to spice it.

Dr. Zaius wasn't aware of the depths of severity of the case, he was concerned for her, as it was rare in these years to be with child. He, however, as casual he was always against humans, despite having a little compassion then some. When Zephram was done, Zaius spoke up before the President even motioned a single limb of his. "About all the occurrences to what happened to the, female pup. Do you have physical evidence? Or are these just by words. If so, we'd like to review them." He mentioned, meaning share with the council.

Serenity nodded that there was evidence. She gently lifted Allie up and set her on the table. She removed her shoes, socks, and moved her pant hems up to reveal the burns. They hadn't been healed by the laser healer. If they had been, they would have gotten worse.
