Eve hushed down after hearing a very hint sound by the door. She grimaces, how long have they been there? They have beyond sharp hearing. Perhaps it would have been likely better to seal the door and discuss silently.
If he wasn't going to go, then she will, one day. She only wished she was informed. Maybe in a brief visit. Can't stop them forever. Though they would already be in huge trouble from even discussing it. But, Aaron seemed to go along with it, because it was 'fun'.
She wasn't startled as she had already known someone was by the door. Too bad his own window had been fastened. Did Maximus not trust him?
She winces, expecting to be clamped by each of the patrols. The nearer she got to Maximus, the fury she felt emanating from Maximus. She grits her teeth, placing her leg on the wall. "I thought you didn't care that if I left?" she reminds, then places her foot back down. Oh, how simple it could be to escape, even in the grip. However, she didn't.
Once in, and ensuring it was locked. She strolls over to the window, trying to figure out the mechanism. She was aware he wasn't done. She assumes he's only too provoked to go further.

Aaron was silently pondering whether to tell a lie or a truth. He settled for a lie. "But Maximus? We were just discussing some books to read. She couldn't sleep so I figured I'd supply her with some. She also said that she does an amazing talent with fire. Please don't punish me for sharing some of my book collection with her." He hoped he wouldn't be too provoked by his reaction. He was civil. "Please don't punish her."
"I always read before bed." He added.

Maximus gave a look to Aaron, but he would not discipline him like Zaius did. The ape-raised human was in shock for the next few days after spending the time in Zaius' manor. He had witnessed his nervousness. He sighed. "Aaron. I'll let this slide this one time. But do not attempt to leave the manor without telling me. Understood?"
He must have been mishearing the discussion. But it wasn't likely.

Eve listened to Aaron foolishly, and kindly defend her in a bluff. Oh, how she wished he didn't. It will only bring forth anger in Maximus, distrust to Aaron, even harsher punishment. She didn't want him to do it. She would decline otherwise, but she didn't want him to already get in deeper trouble.
She rips herself from the patrols' strong grip. She growly complains, "don't touch me." She yanked her arms harshly from them. She glares over to Maximus, then grimaces for Aaron. "This country sucks," she continues to complain, walking back into her confirmed room.
"Don't bother to go further Aaron I have other titles," she reminds then enters. She closes the door. Maximus might already lock it anyway, from suspicion. If he would, then she'd try to figure out the mechanism of the locked window.

Aaron nodded. "I won't leave.. But what if I called Zeke or one of my friends to come pick me up?" It's not too late and he wasn't about to give in so easily. "Besides, I'm 18 years old..and what's wrong with going out?" He was curious and only doing what 18 year olds do. "I can't drink yet." He reminded. "Oh. What's wrong with me coming and going as I please?"
He was aware of Eve. "And she isn't exactly a pet, is she?" He asked.
-0-
Maximus heard Aaron and then Eve say something about how this country sucks. "It's the laws we have. I did-" But Eve left before he could get a word in edgewise. "I do protest against most of those laws."
Then he turned to Aaron. "No. She's not exactly a pet. I haven't put a collar on her throat and I'm already breaking the laws." He commented. "Regarding her." He soon added, "You can come and go as you please. But you should tell me where you're going."

Eve gathered great amounts of water from the sink, enraged from not being able to get out. She cringes, gathering the large canister supplied with deep water. A vicious smirk played across her face. Intimidating dark eyes observing it fill. She despised and was frightened of water. But when it came to revenge our anger, she wasn't.
She grasps each end, hauling it out of the bathtub, the bathroom and out into the fancy room. Firstly, she dumps it on the lock to see if it would break. If not, then applied a powerful magnet to force the electric to cease while processing through the other sources to keep it close.
She places the bucket down, grasping the nearest blunt, object bashing at the device then the window. If anyone tried to bust through or did, she'd swiftly clutch the massive bucket and doused anyone had entered.

Maximus' hearing heard the commotion from the hall and he was about to announce more to Aaron. "Remain here." He ordered, walking directly to the door He heard the bashing from within a room he assigned Eve. So, she was going to try methods of madness to get out? Well, he would stop that immediately.
He pushed open the door and growled as he was doused with water. He growled angrily and marched over to her. Others entered and grabbed her. He lifted his hand to smack her. But stopped. He lowered his hand. Considering she wasn't exactly a pet.

The empty bucket released from her grip and landed on the drenched flooring. If it was wood they'd easily slip. But perhaps it was a precious carpet. She'd already used old furniture to try to break out. It might have worked? Haven't had the time to check.
She wasn't phased but scowled as he entered and was flooded. She could have easily escaped, but not yet. Her eye squinted as Maximus prepped a harsh slap. Angry he sure was. He was already fumed by her and Aaron's 'scheme'. Sure Aaron declined, but he still was enraged.
When he ceased she tried to escape. She rose her hands, swayed them back to force them to release from twirling their arms the opposite way. If freed, she bolts out.

Maximus' hesitation did nothing to sway her as she bolted past him. He was furious about her attempting to bolt. Many of the servants fled from her to assist with Maximus instead. They were aware of how drenched he was as they were trying to get him dried.
His anger didn't dissolve. "FIND HER! BRING HER BACK HERE!" He roared. It was an order that none of the ape servants would ever disobey. Guards heard his roar and hastened to find her.
Aaron heard a noise as he was sitting in his room reading. He had heard the commotion and bolted to the door to see what was going on. He was unprepared to see a whole bunch of ape guards and servants running through the halls of the manor. Looking through each room. One of the guards saw him and pushed him into his room before securing the door.
Aaron was surprised but didn't think anything of it at the time. But then he said, "Hey! Let me out!"
But no one listened to him. They looked around the halls instead for the human in question. Heavy footsteps resounded through the hall. "I'll be in the baths. Make sure that room is dry and replace any furniture!"

It was clear, Eve had lost it, she had snapped. Not being exactly to have the freedom to get out and return wasn't the best. It wasn't common to snap and act on it. The personality as a deadly flame. Beautiful, destructive, rage, helping, memorizing. Depends how you view it.
She winces at his roar. He was not going to dissipate his anger any time soon. She would slyly enter a room where she seen Maximus entered. She scurries into the bathroom, slipping into the cupboard. Would Maximus enter this one? She'd hope not, but then again he seems to enjoy this room the most.
It wouldn't take long before she hears the hollers from Aaron, clearly not understand, Then thundering ape feet storming in various of ways. There would be no chance to escape, but maybe a sliver?

Maximus headed into his personal rooms and entered his bathroom. He began to dry himself off with a towel, but it was doing little to dry himself off. He was forced to get into the whole body dryer to dry him fully. While in the body dryer, he grumbled about some humans. Soon, he discovered a strange human odor in the room. He could tell the difference between Aaron and a new human. He shook his head and left the body dryer.
-0-
Aaron walked into the room while he was in the body dryer and began to search for the human first before any one else did. Aaron found her and said, "Psst. Follow me. Hurry...We're not allowed to be in here." He urged. "If we get caught in here, we'll be in big trouble." Aaron hoped Maximus was still busy. That's what he was hoping for.
-0- Maximus caught another scent and knew it was Aaron. Though helpful, he was still human and required some 'discipline' and 'lessons'. He had a lesson from Zaius. He hoped he didn't have to do the same with him." He listened while signalling several of his guards to come into the room.

Eve observes Maximus entering to either his intent personal bathroom or a few of the others he likes. She cowers low when he walks by. She studies his face, he was ticked.
Eve lightly jumped, very startled that Aaron mutters closely. Does he want a death wish? Aiding out the human that Maximus is highly desired to receive. She winces. The poor human was already in trouble, perhaps this would only fuel his trouble.
"No, no you go before you're caught, causing more trouble for you, " she sways her hands forward. "Besides I want to apo-" she mutters lowly to a stop, listening to several guards. Oh great, should she run? She attempts. Bolting out of the hiding spot, trying to exit the room.

Maximus wasn't pleased when he heard a voice talking to someone. Then he saw Aaron, talking. He narrowed his eyes when he saw that he was in his personal rooms. "Well, well, well. What do we have here?" His voice took on a tinge of anger. "Aaron!"
But then Eve bolted out of the hiding space. "Guards." He was furious and pointed a finger at Aaron. "You are already in trouble."
But then Aaron said, only to defer him from establishing punishments directed to him. "But, sir..I was just trying to help your guards and patrols." He was saying. "Plus, she wants to apologize. It seems that she is sorry for what she did. And the guards and patrols are scaring her." He soon added.
"Apologize? She has been doing nothing but attempting to cause trouble with the cages and has enlisted you."
Aaron shifted foot to foot. "Well, I always wanted to witness what a fire dancer does." Aaron said. "And I thought it'd be wonderful."
Maximus rubbed his head, as aggravated as he was, he couldn't fault young adults. "Under a controlled situation." He added. "Fire dancing, I believe is dangerous." Then he saw Eve being brought into his personal room. "Going somewhere?"

Eve fails to even get close to the stairs before she was roughly grappled by the patrols. Oh, of course, they were swifter. What was the point of bolting? She couldn't even get far even if she wanted too. His manor was shielded in high-end security and numerous patrols. What a disappointment.
She grunts after being caught. "Why so rough on a human?" she asks, nervously snickering. There was no view of escaping them. There were more surrounding the area. Perhaps to ensure no escape this time? She wonders, but the evidence is near.
She anxiously snickers, Looking over at his vexed face. Even his aura wasn't warm. "Eh, he, he. Sure why not?" She muffles looking into another direction. "At least the room is getting new...furniture." she sighs. Clearly, it wasn't helping the situation.
"Oh, how about your patrols release me and forget all about it?"

Maximus crossed his arms. "Well, if you weren't acting like a 'dog', you would be treated more like a guest. If you were acting like an 'Ape-raised' human instead of a 'show dog', then you would be treated like a guest." He was mad. "I extended my hospitality to you, opened my house to you, and you try every which way to escape even if your door is open. Then you attempt to do more mischief without thinking of the consequences of your actions."
"How can you even grasp what safety protocols and guards I have in this manor." He shook his head as she wanted to forgot all about this. "Absolutely not. You'll get no sympathy from me." He remarked. "You'll be sleeping where the dogs are since you insist on acting like one."
He waved the guards away and they took her downstairs, into the basement, where cages lined the wall. Each one of them with the barest necessities were a bed, a blanket, and a pillow. They pushed her into one and latched the lock.
Another human, who was asleep, woke up when they heard the guards. She looked at them with a puzzled look. She sighed and went back to sleep.
